It was a nice stay but they rushed us out the room and threatened to call the police when it was clear nost of our bags were already good to go and brought them outside to show them

This is my first stay here. It is a pretty old motel but has undergone a tasteful very nice remodel. The staff was courteous and efficient. Price very reasonable.

Room cleanliness was great. Unfortunately our room phone and television were not working and when I reported the problem it was not resolved. Toilet was not working either and that was not resolved. I was told I would get a discount on my two night stay but was charged in full.

This is a very different LaQuinta than im used to. The door was warped and didnt shut all the way, so cold air came in (it was winter and below freezing). The beds were clearly very old, as were the carpets. The room wasn't what I expected and seemed more like a cheap 2 star motel. I'd give this particular La
Quinta a miss.

Room was comfy. There was no carpeting on floors in the handicap room. We preferred the vinyl flooring because it looks cleaner and no smells. Checking in was easy with friendly front desk clerk. Shopping mall in same area with places to eat within walking distance. Would recommend staying here.

Had to wait for clerk who was on a personal call. No Wi-Fi.
No night manager on duty.
Morning manager didn’t show up and breakfast could not be prepared because food was locked up. Mike Romero, the maintenance man, took charge, found the way to unlock the food to serve breakfast.
Long black hair in the bathroom.

I was contacted by the hotel while driving to Santa Fe and was told the hotel was oversold and they were cancelling my reservation. So I had to scramble to find another hotel while on a road trip. Very disappointing

Room was clean and spacious. Value was great. Would have liked to see clean carpets in the hallways. Overall a solid experience.

Booked a room for one night driving through Santa Fe, received a call a few hours before check in that they’d over booked by 30 ROOMS. Was suggested that I book at another Wyndham owned property that was outside of the original price point.
