We had a great stay at this hotel for our January trip to Santa Fe. The kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. I was impressed with Adolfo who worked in the dining room for breakfast. Each morning he greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. He made our stay more enjoyable.

Some rooms were under renovation during our stay. While the property did their best to keep things clean and orderly there was still quite a bit of dust
During the stay, the front desk staff was not helpful. (Aside from one woman who worked in the mornings)
There was an issue with the fire alarms going off for a short time in the middle of the night. The phones in the rooms don’t connect to the front desk. Their answer when called from another phone ? “I can’t leave the front desk to come see if there is an issue”
We would not stay here again.

The hotel, although under construction, was lovely. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. One negative- the sink had cloudy water with a rotten egg smell. The shower water was normal though. I’m assuming it was due to the construction.

Hotel is in an excellent location…it is actually connected to the British/American hospital and about a 15 minute downhill walk from a huge mall. We had what turned out to be a suite and was equipped with a minimum of utensils.

Very friendly staff, the manager who satisfied all our concerns and exceeded expectations.Property was very clean and smelled fresh all the time. Excellent breakfast served on the property,rooms very nice and clean.We will continue staying there in the future.

So everything was within reason for checking in and room. Service was slow but I think the person was new. But its the after part that gives it a horrible review. The biggest being that they have non portable water running! I unfortunately had to run out the door (this was discovered in the morning) because I was trying to beat a snow storm in Colorado. Finally had time to call to let them know I wanted a refund since I spent $250 (hotel plus pet fee) (pet fee is another issue but most important is the non portable water) and their response is that they are under construction and they could give me a $50 credit. Mind you I couldn’t take a shower or my family properly brush our teeth. We used bottle water to brush them. I posted the pictures on google. That water is disgusting!

THE PARKING WAS EASY ONCE YOU LOCATED THE HOTEL. NOT BEING FAMILIAR WITH SANTA FE IT TOOK ME A COUPLE TRYS TO FIND THE RIGHT STREET TO TURN DOWN. AND YES, THAT'S WHEN I NOTICED THE HILTON SIGN NEAR THE STREET, HOWEVER IT IS NOT VERY PROMINENT AND EASY TO OVERLOOK.
THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.
