El Farolito B&B Inn

I have been staying at El Farolito for over 20 years. I am always impressed with how the Inns Keepers, Wayne and Walt have consistently delivered a great experience. This is a high end B&B, the property is immaculately curated and maintained. The breakfast is always delicious. The location is walking distant to the Plaza, Canyon Road arts district, Georgia O’Keefe Museum, and tons of great restaurants. With 20 years of being a client, I still highly recommend this business. Thanks gentlemen for another great visit.

This inn was beautiful and comfortable. The room with a fireplace was so cozy. We lit it up in the morning to add to the charm and comfort. We especially enjoyed our gracious and helpful host and fantastic, delicious breakfasts. The inn is convenient to walk to Old Town.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your bed and breakfast. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and the selections were plentiful. We thought our room, the Delgado room 5, was quite comfortable. The amenities were wonderful. I would choose another room to expand my stay.

We stayed at El Farolito 2 nights, our Casita was beautiful, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed (area maps, coffee, water, soft drinks, robes, extra blankets/pillows, privacy, etc). Wayne and his staff were friendly and professional. The morning breakfast offered a large variety, 2 delicious organic local coffees, 3 flavors of juices, tons of tea choices, cereals, yogurt, fresh cut fruit, freshly baked fruit/nut bread, and their morning hot breakfast special with your coice of toast. They pay close attention to food allergies. Throughout the day there are drinks and snacks available. It is located in a perfect location, just far enough from the Plaza to avoid the crowds, but only about a 10 min walk to attractions and restaurants. We hope we get the chance to visit again 😊

What a great place to stay. The room was comfortable with a seating area and a fireplace that was set to light each day along with extra firewood. Having a mini-fridge in the room was much appreciated. Beverages and a rotating variety of pastries were available in the main dining area. There is a wide selection of options for breakfast in addition to a hot entree that changes daily. The staff is very kind and helpful. Wayne has a wealth of information on the area and offers plenty of great suggestions. El Farolito is conveniently walkable to the center as well as the State Capitol with its extensive art collection and Canyon Road. It's also close to Kakawa Chocolate House, a must stop for chocolate lovers. All in all it makes for a wonderful stay in Santa Fe.

Hands down the best B and B we've ever stayed in. Wayne is a charming host who is attentive, informative, and cooks up a delicious breakfast entree each day in addition to the buffet offerings. We stayed 5 nights and Wayne prepared a different breakfast entree each morning. Late afternoons there were always freshly baked cookies to enjoy and our room was consistently restocked with water and carbonated beverages as well as keurig coffee pods. The grounds are lovely and well maintained. Our room, Casita Garcia had a lovely sitting area out front as well as a private patio out back. It was a free standing casita which meant no noise other than the birds in the morning. The bed was comfy as were the pillows. There was ample parking for guests. El Farolito is a 10 minute walk to the Plaza and a 15 minute walk to the start of Canyon Road. We ubered to dinner at Geronimo and The Compound on Canyon Road but walked home after dinner both nights. Otherwise we walked to dinner and to all other town locations. Kudos to Wayne for his hosting skills and for his wonderful smile every morning.

Santa Fe is always a wonderful adventure. People smile and greet you on the streets, the aroma of roasting chiles and crunching leaves in the fall entice all the senses, and of course, good B&Bs abound...we stayed in a few in Santa Fe over the years. Staying at El Farolito is the icing on the cake. Wayne was always gracious, breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the room was home away from home. Being from Denver, it wasn't difficult to leave El Farolito when our vacation ended since this exemplary B&B and Santa Fe are not far. My husband and I certainly look forward to our next stay there.

My husband and I loved this B&B. The owners are so helpful and the property is beautiful. We were in Casita Delgado. It was a great size for 2 people, had a great, private patio, and a beautiful fireplace. It's about a 10-15 min walk to the downtown area. Parking is secure and free at the B&B and parking downtown is nearly impossible so walking is the way to go. The breakfasts were plentiful, varied, and delicious. There is tea and coffee available anytime in the breakfast area. There's plenty of wood provided for the fireplace and it's replenished when you use it. The property is secured behind a coded gate at night and is so pretty! There's also a small brewery next door, which is great for a beer or wine. They also have a food truck. Highy recommend!

The Inn is conveniently located to all downtown attractions. Most are within 1 mile. Parking is very difficult downtown so this is a real plus. The Inn is authentic southwest style and architecture. We stayed in Suite 1 (Galisteo) which features a nice private patio and and has a nice sitting area inside. The bathroom is functional and clean, but is due for a refurb. The room is close to the street but street noise was minimal. The daily breakfast features fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, a fresh daily pastry and a full hot entrée. The food was fantastic and the portions very reasonable (not too big). Our host Wayne was delightful and was more than willing to help with ideas of things to do, places to eat and with directions. All in all it was a very nice place to stay.
