heater doesn't work properly, did not heat, still cold, the button sign worn out can't see the arrow for heat/cold direction, noise heater. Pillow too high and stiff, uncomfortable. 

The worst hotel experience I’ve had in California. Guests were yelling, singing loudly, and making noise all night, but the hotel management did nothing to control the situation. The breakfast was also terrible. Even random people from the neighborhood were sneaking into the breakfast area for free food. They waited outside and slipped in whenever hotel guests opened the restaurant door with their room keys. The hotel seemed completely unable to manage basic security or guest comfort. Even though the room was booked for two people, we constantly had to ask for enough towels. They would often leave only one large towel, and only after repeated requests would they bring another one. Sometimes they didn’t even replace the soap. I stayed there for more than a week, and during the entire stay I kept thinking about when I could finally leave this hotel.

Found bugs in the toilet. The floor not clean becauae i could felt sand. No lift which is a problem for lifting luggages to room. Air condition wasn't cool enough. It took like few hours before you feel ok. Breakfast was great.

Very nice place to stay in,near to public transit,surrounded with supermarket,korean restaurants and cafe shop.Staffs are nice and easy to cooperate.

The room is worth the price. A good choice for a good sleep after a busy day.

The front desk service was extremely poor, and the hotel environment was average. The cleanliness was subpar. The location was convenient, but the additional $10 living surcharge imposed by the front desk was absurd. Such an additional fee detracted significantly from the overall value and left a disappointing impression on what could have been an otherwise satisfactory stay.
