convenient location lovely grounds.  inside is rather spartan and the mattress was too soft for our likening. breakfast pastries were tasty   overall for the price point services location and cleanliness we were pleased.

I checked in after 9pm. The clerk warmly received me. When he heard that I wanted to watch the sunrise, he kindly reminded me of the sunrise time. The location is very close to the sea. Clean room, and comfy bed. Staff goes over and beyond to make you feel welcomed. Casa Del Mar Hotel is located perfectly by the pier. They served a wonderful Continental Breakfast.

The hotel was great, location 10/10, walking distance to State Street, bars and restaurant, just one block to the beach. Complimentary wine and cheese from 5-6pm daily. The hotel is dog friendly as well.
