Conveniently located within very short walking distance to Santa Barbara East Beach. Clean and spacious room with nice heated swimming pool. Friendly staff who patiently addressed all our requests. Great place for family vacation!

Hotel was very clean, and I have high standards! Staff was friendly and helpful. As another reviewer stated, this is not a luxury hotel, but it did provide very comfortable accommodations in a wonderful location near the beach in Santa Barbara. It even provided a covered parking spot for my car!

cozy room for 1 night stay

What a bad lady! Black for life! I arrived at noon and swiped my credit card deposit and registered for parking, but I was not allowed to check in until the afternoon. I obviously had a room. I asked if I could go back later and he didn’t say anything. I parked the car and went out to play at 9 p.m. : I went back around 10, and the front desk was closed and no one was there. I left an emergency contact number on the door. I called countless times but no one answered... By 10 o'clock... I couldn't be contacted at all! I have stayed in various hotels around the world countless times, and this is the first time I have encountered something like this! So I re-booked a hotel and stayed somewhere else. "This hotel will not refund a dime..."

Very nice hotel. Located fifty meters from the embankment. Everything is clean and beautiful. Convenient, quick check-in and check-out procedure. There is free parking for cars. There is a nice swimming pool. The only downside is that the bed is a bit narrow for two.

房間太大了吧，驚呆了，這躺平待好幾個晚上都可以的，電視還是 LG 的，適合自帶 apple tv等設備，免費停車，節省 25 美金以上
