The breakfast was very rich, the service was very good, very stylish, the room had more than sixty square feet, there was a dining table, living room, fireplace, jacuzzi, kingsize bed, the boss was very good, there was free parking, we arrived It was late, almost eight o'clock, she prepared tea and red wine for us. The hotel is basically a big garden. It can be seen that the boss has spent many years sorting out the arrangement. Get up during the day, walk in the garden, sunbathe on the sun loungers on the lawn, read the book, very comfortable. Take the No. 1 road and stay here for one or two nights before going to LA.

The front desk is very strict. You must have a visa card to stay. At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water. The front desk service is good, the attitude is very good, when the check-in prompts the opening hours of the pool and laundry room, daily breakfast, fruit, snacks, free milk cookies at night, the front desk will remind you of the time. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces and special features. The only downside is that the floor has some sound and the sound is not very good. You can hear it next door. Refrigerator cooling effect is good, air conditioning is also, that is, the sound is a little bigger. There is a dressing table outside the bathroom, a lighted makeup mirror and a separate wardrobe. The bathroom and shower room are large. Outside the door are gas stations and supermarkets. It takes 5-10 minutes to walk from the beach.

This small motel was centrally located on Coast Village Road. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Several restaurants within walking distance and the pier and beach area was a short drive. We felt very comfortable and safe walking to restaurants. The room we had was small, but clean. There was a small refrigerator. The biggest problem was the bathroom was very small. A larger person would have a hard time using it. As we are not large people, we didn’t have an issue, but I know they have larger rooms, so just be aware when booking to request a larger room with a larger bathroom if you think you may need it. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Great hotel for a family vacation. We selected this property because we wanted to stay close to Santa Barbara but not pay the high prices. Hotel is about a 7 min direct drive to Santa Barbara. We were so pleasantly surprised how cool and charming the town of Carpinteria was. We were so glad to get a break from the tourists in Santa Barbara and get a locals vibe in Carpinteria. The hotel was exceptional. The staff was overly friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The property was immaculate. The pool was small but very comfortable and well maintained. The room was cozy, well working air conditioning, and very clean. The breakfast got a bit busy with only one working toaster. The outdoor seating area for breakfast was fantastic. Free parking with a huge parking lot was a big plus. Recommend selecting a room facing the front of hotel away from the highway since that seems to be the quieter side of the hotel. Highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Hotel was clean, updated, beautifully decorated, The bed was comfortable, included continental breakfast delivered to room, the staff was super friendly, overall a very enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend

My daughter and I stayed here for the weekend while visiting the central coast. Rooms were clean and AC worked well since it was very hot that weekend. Gym was closed, no breakfast buffet available but the pool was open. They do offer a to-go bag with water, fruit, crumb cake & cereal bar. The lovely dining room was off limits but there was a lot of outdoor seating available. Location was great as it was right off the freeway but far enough that you couldn't hear the cars. Lots of places to eat close by and Solvang just up the road. Initially when you check in you need to get buzzed in, once you get your room key you can just let yourself in. They have lots of parking available also. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

The appearance of the hotel is very temperament, it feels very high-grade, there is a big parking lot at the entrance. It is convenient to eat, and there are: pizza, subway, Thai food, etc. There are three gas stations at the crossroads not far away. One large suite The bed, if you bring the child is not convenient. The bathroom is in the middle of the room, when you first enter, there is a big taste. The chef has a special stuff for the breakfast, you need to give another tip.

First off, this is a beautiful hotel, clean and we loved that it had prepared fresh fruit trays in their refrigerator case. It saved the morning. They were also very accommodating in bringing us an extra blanket and towels late one night. And, when we checked in the young man was very kind and personable. He told us some of the town history. All that slightly goes out the window when you come down with three children at 9:25 to have breakfast and are told they are closing and get behind the blue line and they cannot make breakfast except a scrambled eggs. And it is not even an I’m sorry, we have closed down early. And you can see a pile of bacon in the kitchen. My guess by the looks of the dining room and the kitchen area, they decided to close early. Here’s the thing… In all our years of travel, I have never seen a hotel dining room close early or refuse to serve you breakfast if you arrive a few minutes before they advertise their closing time. Never! And, rudely told they can’t make a few pancakes for some hungry kids and just get behind the blue line. Why is there still a blue line? So we just walked across the street and bought a dozen donuts from a really nice lady. Their other policy that is customer unfriendly: Upon a late midnight arrival when you want to get to your room, that very nice young man apologetically told us they only have two carts and to use one, we would have to leave a drivers license with him. What? As my husband parked the car, the young man explained the owner has a lot of rules to be followed and they were down to two carts now because people don’t bring them back. Think about that… do people stuff them in their car and take them? Is that why they are down to two? Doubtful. They just don’t want to purchase more. My husband talked to the manager and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she was argumentative and kept telling him people don’t bring them back, and lots of excuses like supply chain problems so they won’t purchase more. Such an excuse businesses use these days… if they had ordered several more months ago… they’d probably have them by now! Our room was toasty hot upon arrival. Remember it was midnight and we really wanted to sleep, but a hot room and the need to retrieve a driver’s license delayed that! We are all for business success and profit, but the bottom line is when you are paying more than a couple hundred a night for a room, you are paying for more than just a room. You are paying for a positive experience. We did get a nice room, but left with, not staying here again. I haven’t written a review in a long time and have rarely ever written a negative one… but couldn’t let this go by. If the manager would have had a better attitude… I would have skipped this one!
