A very good quality location for Hilton

We had the opportunity to stay at this location for the last part of July. We had a number of swimmers that were attending two separate swim meets and the hotel was beyond accommodating. Rooms were clean, swimmers were fed each morning (and that is a huge feat), and the staff bent over backwards to ensure the conference room was cleaned before each team meeting.

I just want to say thank to Priscilla the head of CLC, and vero they was really nice at the reception. Both of them need a raise I recommend Comfort Inn It's a very quiet place and the food is very good

I personally think it's not bad, a hotel. The environment is very good. It's also very close to the airport, and you can get there quickly by calling UBER. And it's a 5-10 minute walk across from the hotel, which is the largest shopping mall in Los Angeles....South Coast Plaza, all the nameplates are in place, it's worth visiting.

Staying in Orange County for a week and booked the Residence Inn Tustin because of relatively good experience with other residence inn before. The building looks very similar to the other residence inn and the lobby looks nicely done, clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful and managed to upgrade us into a two-bedroom unit due to my platinum status. However, the rest of the facility does need some refresh. The elevator is ok but since this is a pet-friendly hotel, throughout the week the elevator does get quite dirty and it does take a bit time for the staff to clean it up. The close buttons for one of the elevators don’t work as well so it also takes time for the doors to close. There are multiple issues with the room that we stayed in. The bedroom doors don’t close properly, and the sofa in the living feels as if it’s ready to fall apart. Cleanliness is also difficult to praise as we noticed stains on beds, ants in the shower, and leftover in the fridge. From a facility perspective I don’t expect great quality from the residence inn brand but this particular one seems to be on the worse end of the spectrum. However, the cleaning staff really needs to pay attention and clean the units well. We loved visiting the area and think we will be back again but we will unlikely return to this property simply because cleanliness is probably one of the worse ones that I’ve seen and experienced.

The room is spacious and bright, tidy and hygienic, with a wide view. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and towels. There is no toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. The hotel has a paid parking lot, and breakfast is available for an additional fee.

I want to take a moment to applied this wonderful and almost hidden property here in Irvine California. My family and I have stayed at Hotel Irvine for the past five years during Fourth of July to keep our pets calm and relax. That is a lovely property (see my T.A. Review for our experience there as well...) and we were sad when we heard they were closed due to the health crisis that we hope will pass. When we arrived, we were greeted with authentic and happy staff members to check us in. This is always a great sign of a soon to be successful visit. We took care of the paperwork which took about one We arrived in the evening and we were greeted with big smiles from a very welcoming staff. Very wonderful first impression and it only took one or two minutes at the most to complete the paperwork and we were invited to our room. The room is clean and has the amenities for cooking with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, as well as dishes that made it seem like home right away. The bathroom was extremely clean and even we were treated with designer soap and shampoo that we never had it any other properties which might not seem like much, but it really is a nice touch to show that this organization invests in their guest’s stay. It is a unique time to travel in the world but my family and I just simply don’t really wear masks or anything like that because we are healthy and we stay out of public places for the most part. No one at the staff was pushing us to live or act a certain way, but they all had masks on and we’re very pleasant about what we have to do in this time. Just to clarify, we are not against wearing masks… We were just excited to leave our home and the fireworks behind and just walked in the building without them on because there were no signs to say otherwise. We were not met with any attitude to do anything different or so. We were just greeted with a warm welcome and the staff was pleasant at all hours of the day and night when we needed anything. There is an on-site laundry facility as well as generous snacks that one can pay for in a room that is adjacent to the wonderful gym that is accessible 24 hours a day and the staff will allow one or two members in the gym at a time. When a person finishes working out or training, they will close the gym until they clean it and make it welcoming for the next guest. This is a great touch and I used this wonderful gym that was more than accommodating. The reason why I am leaving this review is I’m still on the property and every time we go to walk our dogs outside, we meet a new staff member or just simply walked by someone we haven’t seen, and they are always smiling and checking on us and making us feel welcome. Any property can have the finest amenities and greatest location, all of these things are great… But this property has great people that take care of their guests and this is the best experience my family and I have invested in in our 10 years in California. First of all, the environment is OK, relatively quiet, the nearby Plaza can be driven for a few minutes. Disadvantages, the facilities are old, even damaged, some rooms have a smell, accurately is damp moldy smell, concentrated in the living room, very affecting the accommodation experience. The SPA pool is very foamy and the disinfectant bleach tastes very strong and is not very good. In short, if you want affordable suite space, it is OK. But after all, it's a penny, don't expect too much from here. If you want a good suite, choose some high-end hotels.

The Manager has BEYOND the BEST team working for her. The Manager is ALWAYS going ABOVE & BEYOND to assure that ALL her guests are COMPLETELY taken care. PIA is a VERY STRONG part of this team. PIA is ALWAYS willing to help a guest to a fellow Co Worker with any task thrown her way. Our Ms Gnocchi will vouch for her all day long. MONICA is another VERY STRONG part of this team. She is always going ABOVE & BEYOND to get done whatever task needs to be completed. YOUSSEFF is our shy yet goofy guy who will make you smile and laugh even on a day when you are not having it. He will be GREATLY MISSED THE MANAGER, PIA & MONICA have saved us on a couple of occasions when we were in a desperate way in need of help. We both refer to ALL three of them as our GUARDIAN ANGELS. WE ARE SO GRATEFUL AND BEYOND BLESSED TO HAVE THEM HERE AND BECAUSE OF THEM IS WHY WE STAY HERE & NO WHERE ELSE SINCERELY, ROBERTO, JENNIFER & MS. GNOCCHI HERNANDEZ 🐾🙏😇🤗🤗🐾

The location is excellent, surrounded by resort hotels, the air is good, far from the airport, very quiet, the rooms are very clean, the staff Lautua is very enthusiastic, the swimming pool is bigger than a five-star hotel, my preferred hotel in Irving!
