進入三明天元國際酒店感覺非常高大上，大廳寬敞舒適，客房很大，衞生環境好，窗口外景色美，服務態度和藹可親，地下停車場停車方便，外出方便。

一進門衞生肉眼可見的差 住完第二天渾身長紅點 半夜會吵死因為樓下就是KTV 完全不值近六百的房價 平時價格正常的時候不能要求什麼 畢竟價格便宜擺在那 但是什麼價格至少應該對應等值的服務吧 角房也未告知 這個到無所謂不是很介意 反正沒意外的話不想去第二次了 地下室也沒有直達電梯 要做兩個電梯才能到停車的地方 地下室一股尿騷味 本來甚至對其他無語的地方都沒在意了 但衞生做成這樣真的無語 歡迎對峙 都留有證據

蠻一般的，對不起這個價格，老酒店 ，設備老舊 ，那個什麼輪椅壓根不敢座 試了一次怕他塌掉，不敢靠都，窗簾也很難啦，整個房間特別特別特別悶 還是外面空氣好，房間裏有股説不出來的怪味，但是服務蠻不錯的。

自駕遊旅行路過三明市，前台小姐姐給安排在28樓，在28樓可以看見江景，早餐種類比較豐富，環境也很不錯，酒店工作人員很熱情，有什麼諮詢的問題都能耐心解答，以後來三明市一定還要來天元住

老牌的酒店 設施老化和配置凌亂還是比較嚴重的 床底有之前的房客留下來的快餐餐具包裝袋 酒店停車場的出入口簡直反人類 很容易擁堵 不容易進出 親子出行 還是建議去住梅園吧
