設施：酒店的設施非常新，都是智能家居，而且空間安排也非常的合理，住得很舒服 衞生：衞生非常好，一塵不染 環境：距離三門峽南站非常的近，三門峽打車也非常的方便，美中不足的是門口並沒有可以拖拉行李的道路酒店的大門到大路這段距離非常的難走，尤其是提着行李箱很困難 服務：服務人員非常的熱情，友好，提的要求都會滿足，知道我們是來考試的，還免費為我們升級了豪華房間面積更大，住着更舒服，並且為我們延遲了退房非常好 建議與缺點：在預訂的時候是衝著桔子酒店的牌子去的，但是到了酒店之後服務人員告知並沒有新鮮的橘子可以吃，這點感到有點不太理解； 然後早餐我去的時候已經是快八點了，但是餐廳的阿姨卻告知並沒有牛肉麪説是沒有牛肉建議完善一下采購流程； 然後我的訂單有一個贈送果盤，但是裏面的水果有點不太新鮮，並沒有覺得十分用心… 總體來説是很滿意的，下次去三門峽還是會選擇這家酒店🏨

The location is superior and the surrounding dining and transportation is convenient. Although it is facing the street, it does not feel a trace of noise and does not affect a good stay experience at all. The lobby manager enthusiastically gave us a discount and gave us breakfast as a gift for the third person. Breakfast was at the Yanhui Hall. The sumptuous meal was no less than a buffet at a five-star airport hotel. The handsome manager of the beverage department personally serves the guests. Parking at the hotel is convenient and safe, and several security guards are on duty day and night. Also helps guests with their luggage. The cleaning staff carefully cleans the room and replenishes supplies every day. Our trip to Sanmenxia made us deeply feel the hospitality and sincerity of the beautiful Henan people. 衞生和服務都還不錯的，但感覺不到5星，也就歡朋的水準。停車很方便但沒發現有充電樁。歡迎點心是法式小麪包著名的盼盼吧好像是，但是三人間衹給了兩份，雲咖啡三人衹給一杯，晚安粥沒有個影子。早餐沒有🍰，甜品不足。空盤補品和收拾餐盤都不及時。房間耗材配置不齊全，其餘都還好，性價比勉強尚可。衝著“攜程自營”去的，是有點失望的。望提升。
