When I stayed at the Sanmenxia Tianzi Hotel, I didn't know whether it had the design elements of the Macao hotel, but I still felt its luxurious style: the rooms were spacious and the furnishings were exquisite, making people feel warm, refreshing and comfortable. The shower had plenty of hot water and fast flow. We decided to extend the stay to four days with high-quality enjoyment at an affordable price. The lobby manager enthusiastically gave us a discount and gave us breakfast as a gift for the third person. Breakfast was at the Yanhui Hall. The sumptuous meal was no less than a buffet at a five-star airport hotel. The handsome manager of the beverage department personally serves the guests. Parking at the hotel is convenient and safe, and several security guards are on duty day and night. Also helps guests with their luggage. The cleaning staff carefully cleans the room and replenishes supplies every day.
Our trip to Sanmenxia made us deeply feel the hospitality and sincerity of the beautiful Henan people. It must be rated five stars.

春節自駕遊選擇了河南，西安出發—洛陽—鄭州—許昌—登封—三門峽。因為有長者孩子，所以選擇酒店首選當地口碑好的，服務，衞生，位置都是重要參考。三門峽作為返程的最後一站，兩個天鵝酒店因為期中一個的泳池沒開，選了據説有湖景的天鵝國際酒店。
服務：春節期間人流量大，對服務人員來説確實是個考驗，辦理入住的時候就有點不愉快，還好後面的服務人員有解決了，整體來説服務意識還需要加強。
衞生：進來後衞生間有反味，服務員也及時處理了。
設施：浴袍，洗漱用品，特別是梳子和五星酒店不太匹配。
建議在售房時，還是應該標註一下湖景房，城景房，不要統一為景觀房，容易讓人誤解。

The hotel decoration is grand, the rooms are large, the facilities are complete, the supplies are of good quality, and the service is very friendly! Especially the store manager, Mr. Zhang, looks very young, but he has good service and provides snacks that the children love to eat. When I came to Sanmenxia, the locals were very enthusiastic. The hotel service was very warm. The free laundry was neatly stacked. The room was clean and there was no smell. The robot delivered fruit for free at night and the breakfast was very rich. The front desk service was very good, and 2 bottles of water were also sent after the end.

Very satisfied with the hotel. First of all, the handsome guy at the front desk is very welcoming. The buffet in the restaurant is good👍 We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant every morning, lunch and dinner. It's clean and tidy, you can feel free to eat, and the room is clean and tidy. Various attractions are not far away. You can come back for a short break at noon. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the swans. I’ll come back next March

The car can be driven directly to and downstairs. There are also few people in the niche scenic area, and it is very quiet during May Day. Out of the hotel is the gate of the scenic area, which is very convenient. The only thing that complains is that there may be fewer service staff and what is needed. It takes a long time to call the front desk to deliver it.
Breakfast is OK, lunch and dinner are a la carte, the chef is good at craftsmanship, the taste is OK, when there are many people, dinner is also a buffet, almost meaningless than a la carte. There is a living area at the gate of the parking lot, and there are also food to buy, snacks are mainly, and there is a terrace barbecue in summer.
The scenic spot is also very beautiful, there are two ring lines of size and two roads. If you want to play a rail car, you can only take the big ring mountain climbing. After climbing, the track + glass bridge + dry skiing + water skiing directly to the end. Going to the small ring online is the glass bridge + dry skiing + water skiing to the end. The cableway has a small loop line, and the water skiing can be connected to the rafting project in summer.

The cave-style structure was warm in winter and cool in summer. The yard was full of life. The boss was particularly enthusiastic and the service attitude was good. After communicating with the boss, I learned about the history and culture of Dikeng Courtyard. If you don’t have time, you really want to live here, it’s worth coming!

Although the facilities are a bit old, the sanitation is very clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, the service is very good, the front desk gave a small gift, I heard that there are two floors in the decoration, we live on the 7th floor, but did not hear the decoration noise or something, The only fly in the ointment is that the food delivery service is not 24 hours, and I want to eat supper in the middle of the night and order takeaway. Everything else is very good, there is a parking lot.
