Sehr schöne Erfahrung. Von der Anreise bis zur Begleichung der Rechnung am Abreisetag alles astrein. Der Empfangsmitarbeiter war äußerst zuvorkommend, die bedienenden Damen im Restaurant haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt, die Speisen waren köstlich. Ein Gaumen- und Augenschmaus, begleitet von einer erlesenen Weinkarte. Was will man mehr? Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in Dithmarschen

Wir wohnen in einer Gegend, wo es nicht viele gute Restaurants gibt. Es stand ein Geburtstag an, ich ging auf die Suche und glaubte, dank guter Bewertungen fündig geworden zu sein. Ich rief an und bestellte einen Tisch. Wir freuten uns. Wurden zu einem Nebenraum (Pesel) geschickt, indem wir bis dahin die einzigen Gäste waren. Alles sehr sauber, doch es erinnerte mich an eine Bahnhofsgaststätte der 70er Jahre. Keine Tischdecke, kein Salz und Pfeffer am Tisch. Trotzdem Glückwunsch zum Geburtstag und die Speisekarte, mit dem Hinweis, dass das Kartoffelgratin durch Salzkartoffeln ersetzt werde,beim Hirschbraten. Ich entschied mich für die Vorspeise Lachstatar, mit Gurke, Tomatenöl (wusste gar nicht, dass die Tomate eine Ölfrucht ist) und Wasabi Mayonnaise. Das Lachstatar war mehr als weich und die vermeintliche Gurke, war tiefgefroren und gar nicht essbar. Nach einer Stunde kam das bestellte Wiener Schnitzel vom Kalbstafelspitz mit lauwarmen Kartoffelsalat und Gurke. Das Schnitzel war dunkelbraun, viel zu dick, man schmeckte das ältliche Bratfett vor, der warme Mayonaissensalat hatte braune Spitzen und der Gurkensalat war ungenießbar, denn er war nur mit gemahlenem Pfeffer oder Wasabi Stücken verwürzt. Auf eine Nachspeise haben wir sehr gerne verzichtet.

Wir haben mit Freunden im Restaurant gefeiert. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Die Speisen waren etwas fad. Die Geräuschkulisse im urigen Restaurantsaal war sehr laut. Dadurch war es sehr mühsam, sich zu unterhalten.
