當天入住的那天前天的服務是真的差。枕頭有異味我提了兩次要求換枕頭，第一次是到前台提的，然後我去吃飯，吃完飯回來也沒有給我換，然後第二次我打電話諮詢問下為什麼還沒有給我換枕頭，結果那前台的跟我説客房服務下班了，然後我問她你這是理由嗎？她直接回我一句這難道不是嗎！我當場就笑了，對她説了一句我懂了。當天她們一共有兩個人重新給我兩個枕頭有這麼難麼？後來另外一個阿姨給我拿了兩個枕頭來，還跟我説她不知道你的房間，我差點當場就質問她什麼叫不知道，我提了兩次，每次我都是很清楚的報了我的房間號，而且她連這個最基本的都不知道那她還上什麼班呢？況且我辦理入住的時候我還問過那前天女的還是她給我説的在那一樓，你們這藉口是真的可以啊！真心不想吐槽的，但是你們酒店服務真差，被子居然還是破的，那個毛巾和浴巾硬得跟差不多都快當做是木板了。
