I stayed there several times and definetely will stay again.Very good hotel in Sandton..Modern furnished..bed very big and confort. All staff are helpfull and happy to assist you.Breakfast has lots of international and local fresh choices.Checkin and checkout was very professionel.The Hotel is next to the Nelson Mandela square and lots of restaurants and shops inside the mall.

Good experience. The facilities were top-notch with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staffs were friendly and helpful to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was good with many of selection for choice. The hotel's location was also excellent, with easy access to the centre of Johannesburg. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent facilities and a convenient location.

I have just stayed there for 8 nights and had major reservations when reading the reviews. I’m happy to report that my stay was fantastic. That staff were great. The internet was quick and stable. The towels were clean and fluffy. The water pressure was strong and the apartment was clean. I’m glad I trusted my instincts and gave them a chance. A very nice stay indeed. Well done!!!

One of THE BEST stays we have had in Sandton of late. Firstly, on arrival, you will be pleased a covered parkade with state-of-the-art security, and plenty of space for your car. Then you work your way towards a stunningly designed reception on ground level WITH SELF SERVICE CHECK-IN or a more traditional check-in at the counter if you prefer. I you do self service check-in, I highly recommend taking two access cards. One for you to access the room and another for the electricity in the room.... Some of my favorite highlights: -I absolutely LOVED the wallpapers in the hallways -Loved the LED strip lighting and Wallpaper headrest in my room -I loved the Jacobs cappuccino available in the passage to all guests. The only bad lowlights: -The bathroom sink situated in the main doorway is very poor design and is very out of place. -The walls are very very thin and our neighboring guests annoyed us all night long by opening and closing stuff. -There are no plates, no knifes and forks,only two drinking glasses. --  Sent from my Android device with K-9 Mail. I spent two weeks at the Piazza Hotel Monte****** for business, and it was amazing from beginning to end! Starting with Sipho, the taxi driver who fetched me from the airport and took me to the hotel (and helped with daily transport to site) - he was a gem! Always on time, efficient and friendly. I strongly recommend his services. My room was always spotless, breakfast was great and so was the room service - the best soups and sandwiches I've ever had. The staff were so welcoming, helpful and always friendly. Being within the Monte****** complex provided us with endless dinner choices - we didn't have one bad meal. I would highly recommend the Piazza Hotel.

The Residency is my stay of choice in Sandhurst/Sandton, this is my 8th stay perhaps more, the same price as a suite in a 4 star hotel, but three times the size and doubly comfortable, with proper kitchen and all facilities you'd expect from a 5 star establishment. The elegance of The Residency apart from its location is its low key helpful personnel, obliging, attentive and kind always helpful, rooms are spotlessly clean and designed in good taste. Unlike other similar locales in the neighborhood, there is no noise, no smells of others cooking. And no unnecessary buzz of activity or doors opening or closing. A blip in the TV reception was rectified within minutes at 22.00 hours in the evening. A very well run establishment, consistent, clean and elegant.

Everything was in order. Clean bedding and fresh bathrooms. The Housekeeping was done well too. My Son's sleeper couch was comfortable and cosy blankets provided for Him, which He loved. It was the highlight of His stay. He loved that He didn't have to share with Mommy. Traveling with Mids can be challenging and demanding but they made sure we're good and comfortable. I did send My Son a couple of times to the reception and He got help. NB: Only challenge was no phone. Having to go all the way up there for help was a turn off. They need phones if not they need to answer their whatsapp line,which they hardly responded to.
