I had the most excellent stay. The breakfast is amazing and the facilities are exceptional. The staff are my favorite part of the hotel they’re always very friendly and helpful.

Very good location in the Sandton area , staffs all very friendly , something not good is I wan to extend the room for half a day , I ask them in advance of 2 days , but they doesn’t allow me to . Tell me to come on morning on the day itself , on the day morning I went down n they told me sorry , can’t extend . Wat a weird system they have . But thru out the stay , Staffs is all very friendly n polite .

Excellent location and very clean room, loved the ambiance but got disappointed with the very limited breakfast menu.

Friends booked five rooms together, but one trash can was not emptied. The exterior windows of the two stores were being repaired from 2 to 5 p.m., and workers kept kicking and kicking the windows, making clinking sounds. The hotel has direct access to Santon Mall and is very close to Mandela Square. The room is a bit small, and so is the bed.
