The service was very good. Very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location, near the airport and the shuttle service was great. I enjoyed my stay and will book this hotel again.

Close to the airport for an unexpected flight cancellation. Shuttle driver was excellent, driving us to a local restaurant for lunch and returning us to the hotel.

Nothing about this property conveyed Marriott. Staff were not well trained. Room was stale and bathroom was unclean. Cafe offered a mediocre dinner, and quite awful, vinegary Avocado toast and eggs. Not worth the money or convenience to the Richmond airport. I was also approached by a very aggressive homeless person outside the lobby main entrance while waiting for a car. The only positive was the complimentary shuttle service provided.

Great, friendly staff. Nice rooms. Only complaint was that the indoor pool was not heated. Too cold to use in the winter. Big let down for the kids. Otherwise, great experience.

The only thing I did not like, there was no complimentary breakfast like I’m used to. Everything is more geared to spending money after you spend for a nice hotel that Erik feed you so you can come back next time for the next leisure or business tip.
