Hotel correct

Frontier Inn was super-clean and roomy! Rosemary checked me in. She gave me an excellent recommendation for a dinner place and also shared her experiences from Chaco Canyon. Great people, great place!

Great room for the price. Quiet and so nice to have the little kitchenette for a work trip!

Staff was very courteous and did a good job. The pilot light in the heater in the room had gone out as it had in several rooms and receptionist-the only staff on duty had to light them all and it took a while

heater in room 12 did not work properly and the room temp became very cold by morning. Staff got it working during check-in but it failed during the night.

The hotel staff and service staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Definitely stay there again.

Just OK I tried to call the Motel during the hours they said someone was available and no one answered. When I arrived at the motel, there was no one in the office. They had a ring doorbell and I waited five minutes before someone answered. The bathroom had mold in the shower. The beds were OK. I’m glad I was only in the area for one night.

Really a nice little motel. Very clean. We rented a family room, used the kitchen and the back patio. Very pleasant.

This old fashioned motel has 2 buildings. The main building, and another building on the other side of the highway. We arrived after their main office closed at 9pm. Their staff did not bother to tell us that our room was not on the same site as their main building. Had we not gone to the gas station next door to the 2nd building, and seen a sign saying "office across the street", we never would have found our room. To make matters worse, they don't answer their phone after 9pm, and you can't leave a message. They also leave your key on a lock box on your door. We discovered that all of the lock boxes have the same code.
