Stunning setting, friendly staff, food very good. Would definitely return again. Good for peaceful, lazy break. No good if you want/need loads of stuff to occupy you.

Location and beach was great and water very clear. Food was just ok, was hoping for some local dishes but none on the menu. There are no restaurants nearby and will most likely eat at the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The location of the resort is great - not too far from Nadi airport and also few hours drive from Suva.
However, the wifi was a but choppy and many bugs were found in the room. I understand due to the weather conditions that may affect the amount of insects in rooms, but I think the hotel should make an effort to reduce if not eliminate the amount of bugs on the bed at the very least.
Service from staff was alright, some better than others.

Really liked the vibe of the place. Simple, clean, peaceful. We had a couple of minor issues with our room that got fixed promptly. Amenities could be considered limited compared to bigger resorts like Shangri La or Intercontinental (no gym, no complimentary water) but that was okay for us. One of the folks working here let me take my pick of the books from the luggage room to take home. The older gentleman sculpting things by the beach was also a pleasure to hang out and chat with. Wish we spent more than 2 days here!

Beer has horse manure and you can't relax.
Beach towels are not provided.
If you ask, you will be handed a dirty bath mat.
The food has a long wait and is not tasty.
As for the breakfast, you can't ask for orders such as * dishes.
When returning to the room, a nail is dropped right next to the head.
The staff sighs and looks disgusted.
If you iron it, your clothes will become irreparably dirty.
It was the worst stay ever.
The salvation was that there was only one staff member who was fluent in languages and friendly, and that the bed was very comfortable.

This hotel is actually next to the Intercontinental in Fiji, and it only takes 2 minutes to walk there, sharing the same beach. The price can be about half cheaper. Of course, you can also go to Intercontinental to play. They are all open and no room card is required. However, the service and facilities are definitely inferior to InterContinental.
