Very nice hotel and room, exquisitely decorated, very comfortable and quiet though very busy. Excellent breakfast 🙂

The room is spacious and clean with all what you need. Simple breakfast but good enough

Honestly, I liked the first hotel. I went to four-star but I did not see the cleanliness and uniformity of the room. It was spacious, very beautiful, elegant, and a wonderful bathroom. It had very, very good taste. I hope to return to it. I am very comfortable, but its prices are affordable for everyone. I would give it five stars.

Good price for the location.

The location is a little hard to find but is other then that everything was great. Wonderful new facility, clean, bright and great location.

Although it is a bit far from both the old town and the new town, it is not too far to walk to. I actually did walk there. The room was spacious and clean, and came with a refrigerator. There were seven hangers. Amenities included body soap, shampoo, hand soap and body lotion. There were also electrical outlets at the head of the bed, on the desk and in the bathroom, so there was nothing to complain about. There was also a supermarket just a short walk from the hotel. Although it was said to be a 2-star hotel, I was very satisfied. My room was a surfer-type room, as shown in the picture.

Great hotel, but a little out of the city in a very poor area, which is a shame 

Good morning I think this is the last time I will make a hotel reservation through your Trip.com site. I book a night for 3 people at the Casual Hotel de las Olas San Sebastian, once I arrive there, I am told we are full and you must stay at the Casual DEL JAZZ hotel which is far from the city center at the other side of the bank with a view of the passing trains and the main road...no one wants to explain to us why, the phone number that you gave me on the Voucher to confirm my arrival is a call center number, and when I called them they gave me another number that I called several times and each time they leaves me on hold then they hang up on me.... unacceptable...... the hotel room was facing the train passage, so the room does not exceed 14m2. It's a room for 2 people and not for 3. They added a bunk bed which makes noise as soon as you lie down on it. the room is so narrow that there is almost no passage to enter the bathroom which smelled bad, since the ventilation did not work. In short it was horrible and this reservation really ruined our stay in San Sebastian.

It is the second time we stayed at this hotel, everything was very good except for the room that smelled of humidity. Otherwise the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The staff is the best thing about the stay, very kind and friendly. Breakfast is good but you can get better by having breakfast in one of the nearby cafes.

Wonderful experience, PERFECT location, EXCELLENT facilities although I would highlight without hesitation the UNBEATABLE attention of the staff, especially ALEX, a guy from Seville who makes entering the hotel like coming home, he makes everything easy, beautiful and very nice, THANK YOU

The hotel is in a very good location. The room was spacious, modern, the beds comfortable and the shower large. It has a capsule coffee maker and complimentary capsules. The street is quiet at night. Breakfast buffet very good. All very rich. The hotel staff is very nice.

In general a good hotel. The narrowness of the lobby, the lack of warmth of its staff and its basic breakfast are striking. The rest ok.

The environment is very quiet and the front desk is very friendly
