The rooms are very poor and dirty and is smelling so bad and they’re just giving two towels and they don’t have enough sop their supply for personal hygiene. It is very poor and the bathroom is extremely dirty.

we have made a reservation at this hotel via email as their website is pretty basic and it actually never works properly (we have tried in different occasions) we spoke with someone called silvia which made the booking under the wrong location and charged js twice. however marsy managed to sort everything out even long distance at different times of the day. she is not in charge of direct bookings however she took my case at heart and managed to give us the best customer service ever. definitely we will book again trough her directly next time. thank you marsy

El hotel Capital no me dejo hospedarme dijo que no trabajaba con Hotele.com y tuvimos que buscar otro Hotel, practicamente perdimos el dinero. Mi recomendación es que no hagan reserva en este hotel porque pueden perder su dinero, como me paso a mi.

Pésimo. Un hotel que supuestamente tiene 3 estrellas y cuando llegas a hacer check in, no hay front desk. Solo un policía armado no te deja ingresar porque "no le avisaron de la reserva".
