Below Average customer service for Australian standard , I wonder why Australian prefer to go overseas for a better customer service .  When I checked in the Bedsheet had a stain on it . i asked for an upgrade as a compensation for the inconvenience, they refused to upgrade my room telling me we will change the bedsheet complementary free of charge as if they are doing me a favour for their own mess .

Spacious rooms, a safe environment, and thoughtful amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Great facilities for kids in the resort. Overall it has become a bit aged, but both rooms and location overall are still good and nice hub to explore Phillip Island.

The rooms are spacious and the park is well-equipped with swimming pools and children's playgrounds, making it suitable for family outings.

The place is great, the amenities and quality are average, the breakfast is terrible
