Everything was wonderful. We've been several times and always leave very happy. And we want to come back again!

The room had a fantastic view, and the front desk staff were really welcoming. There's a small convenience store nearby, and the hotel is right by the ocean, which is great.

the check in time could’ve been earlier, however everything else is great.

After a tumultuous number of years with family and friends bereavements, we were looking forward to a quiet and peaceful holiday in the sunshine with international and interesting cuisine and company. We found this here with a fantastic blend of self catering and delicious food from well facilitated restaurants and bars.

The hotel was outstanding, staff couldn’t do enough for you, very friendly.. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean.. The pool area was well maintained.. Will be returning and would definitely recommend.

We stayed for 6 nights in an apartment with a large bedroom, a spacious living room, two bathrooms (one with a tub, one with a shower), a fully equipped open kitchen, and a large sea-view balcony. Pros: First, my immediate impression upon check-in was how incredibly clean it was. Although the overall facilities here are a bit dated, every corner of the room was spotless and very tidy. The dishcloths and rags were brand new, and the trash cans were pristine. Cutlery, various cooking pots, a refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, and microwave were all provided. Plus, there's a supermarket right below the front desk, so cooking for ourselves was very convenient. Second, the front desk service was excellent. The whole hotel had a wonderful atmosphere, including the pool and the rooftop cafe. There were also plenty of sofas, tables, and chairs where you could sit or recline. The public areas were very spacious and clean, and there were many activities available. The ambiance was truly great. Third, you could book various tours directly opposite the hotel's front desk, and communication in English was seamless. Cons: When I went to sleep at night, I smelled a strong musty odor. I searched high and low for a long time but couldn't find anything moldy, even under the bed. The next night, the strong musty smell was still there, and I finally realized it was coming from the decorative panels of the bedroom furniture, which all had a very heavy musty smell. I removed all the dresser drawers and nightstand drawers and put them out on the balcony to air out, but the headboard panels couldn't be removed, and the strong musty smell persisted. I contacted the front desk, and they immediately sent a repairman to the room. After a quick look, he told me they'd be back in 'five minutes,' and then... nothing. He never returned. They have a WhatsApp customer service, with different staff members on duty each day. When a new staff member asked how everything was, I mentioned that yesterday's repairman said he'd be back in 5 minutes but hadn't returned in over a day. The customer service agent apologized but said they had no vacant rooms. I told them I had already moved to sleep on the sofa. Mold can seriously affect one's health, especially for families with children, and I hope they address this. Then another customer service agent took over, and nothing was resolved; the issue was just left hanging. Every time I inquired, they responded with a very good attitude, but no one actually solved the problem. Honestly, they only need to replace the moldy decorative furniture panels with ordinary wooden ones; it's not a difficult task.

The bed sheets were very dirty, and the room had a strong smell of renovation. The hotel’s location is not very convenient—it is far from the city center and the main attractions. However, the service attitude was excellent: the staff gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel and upgraded our room for free.

Had $400, €50, and ¥100 stolen by the cleaning staff. The money was in a red envelope inside my bag. They took it little by little. When I reported it, the front desk did nothing.

Hotel is newly renovated with fresh new look and feel to it. Sea facing. Friendly staffs. Our room was little rundown. My room was close to the reception on ground floor. Bed was very bad & uncomfortable like a cheap £20 hotel. When I mentioned they said it’s coz of last min booking they couldn’t get it sorted. Promised me nicer one next time though the answer wasn’t combing. May be their renovation team hasn’t reached this room yet. I didn’t made an issue of it coz it was a one night stay. Would’ve asked to change if it were a longer stay. Will visit again.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club hotel in Tenerife. The hotel felt spotless and well-maintained. The staffs were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This combination of the environment and warm hospitality made our Tenerife holiday relaxing and highly enjoyable.

Great location. Super pool. Rooms tip top and clean. All of the staff extremely helpful and very polite. loved it.

Cozy seaside resort that basically provides everything you need for a vacation. Very close to the TFS (taxi around 15min from €16-25/ one way) but unfortunately away from most of other interest points. Rent a car if you have the plan and need to travel around the island otherwise the public/semi ***** transport cost on time/money is kinda crazy. Staffs are very friendly and capable in communicating jn English as well.

Our 3‑night stay at Santa Barbara Golf and Ocean Club was extremely disappointing. The level of customer service did not meet basic hospitality standards, and the apartment was not cleaned adequately. We encountered bugs throughout the unit, which made the environment feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. The overall experience was far from what a resort should offer, and we left dissatisfied. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of service and cleanliness.

Make sure you clean up your trash. They charged me a €100 cleaning fee, I'm really speechless.
