The hotel is nice. It face the beautiful ocean and with three lovely pools. The inclusive package includes breakfast lunch and dinner. The food are average but plentiful. the problem is the two oversized receptionistsin the front desk, They checked us in late was in helpful and rude. They seem more keen to serves American than us. The female keep reminding us we are on a “cheaper” package…The manager try hard to verify the situation, but their attitude really spoilt a great holiday. The room is spacious the staffs in the guest service and restaurants are good. They’re plenty of hotels in the area I’m sure they’ll offer a better experience.

This property was very disappointing. The elevators weren’t working. The air conditioning wasn’t working. Two of the three restaurants were closed. The breakfast buffet was always half empty. There was no alcohol in their drinks. The place was very dirty and very rundown. It’s in a great location and the beach is lovely but other than that I wouldn’t stay here again.

The view was beautiful! However, breakfast every morning was cold and disappointing. Some mornings the 7am service didn't even start till 7:15 and the food was still cold. Why no warming trays for the food? Lunch service didn't start till 1:00pm. Regarding taking a hot shower, being from California, we conserve water. We were told to let the water run for 7-10 MINUTES for hot water!! Yes, 7-10 MINUTES. Not very Eco Friendly!
A few years back we stayed at a different Barcelo property and had no complaints. We would not stay at this property again.

This hotel is so incredibly beautiful and the staff are so wonderful and amazingly friendly! This was our 3rd stay and we will continue to return! Bravo Barcelo' Gran Faro Los Cabos!!

Hotel is good, breakfast, Lunch and Dinner buffet was good. Entertainment activities need improvement. Restaurant options are not good, and Front desk needs customer service trainings.

This is outdated property, front desk staff is very rude. Food is okey but not great. Beach is not swimmable, swimming pools were nice including jacuzzi. Very light entertainment after sunset.

We booked this resort at the last minute and were somewhat skeptical at the beginning. We arrived early but were only given a room at 3p. I guess this is standard practice and they did allow us to use the facilities which was nice.
There are 3 swimming pools of which the infinity pool is heated.
There are 2 hot tubs, one of which wasnt heating and we had to inform them and then they fixed .
Once we got in and settled down, it was nothing but rest and relaxation to the T.
Excellent service and housekeeping was also very efficient and punctual.
We used the spa service and it was also very nice and well maintained.
We didnt have any issues at all and thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Will visit gain without question.

Thank you to all of the staff for making this trip unforgettable. Alex, Santiago, Luis, and Rafa went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great stay. Everyone else was super sweet. The bonfire was very fun!
