Axiom Hotel

Very good location near Powell Station. Just walked up from Powell Station and the hotel is there within 3 minutes walk.

Everything was wonderful and perfect until check-out. They asked to swipe my Visa card for a $200 deposit on the first day of check-in, which was completely fine. However, on the day of check-out, they told me the service fees for 3 nights came to $123.60. They said they would deduct it from my deposit and refund the remaining balance within a few days. I thought that was fine too. But no — they then charged another $200 to my Visa card without even touching my card again and without my permission. In total, they have charged $400 from my card. I honestly feel like crying because I don’t know what to do. If they don’t refund my money in the next few days, will Trip help resolve this for me? I have never experienced a situation like this before. This hotel was excellent in every way, but charging a guest’s card without authorization is truly disappointing and unfortunate. Can someone please tell me how I can get my money back?

Hotel next to metro/tram station directly in the center. Hotel room was fine, but the airco is facing straight to the bed. I got a little sick probly because of the AC. Shower was not the best u can only change it a little its locked in the wall. Overall fine hotel for the price. Coffeemachine in the room together with small fridge.

I like this place. It’s convenient to get around and close to important locations, including public transportation stations. However, I would like to deduct points for the housekeeping service. I requested two towel replacements, and while they did replace them, I received one bath towel and one floor mat instead of two towels.
