Fantastic hotel! The tram stop is right downstairs and the subway is just next door, making getting around incredibly convenient. Plus, it's just a short walk to the seaside pier.

The experience completely exceeded our expectations! The room was spotless and very well-maintained. The environment was quiet and comfortable, making it perfect for families with children. The facilities were comprehensive and in excellent condition. The front desk and staff were all very warm and attentive, making it a truly family-friendly stay. The room was ok, bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff was rude. Unfortunately, the reception team also completely let the experience down. Almost every interaction made me feel like I was bothering them. One staff member, a middle-aged woman with red hair, ignored me for around 5 minutes while working on her laptop, despite me standing at the desk waiting for assistance. Overall, I constantly felt like an annoying kid asking too many questions rather than a paying guest. The hotel itself was fine for a short stay, but the service at reception was disappointing and made me feel genuinely unwelcome.
