Place was in good location and the staffs are very nice. We had a pleasant stay there however the only downside is that the water pressure is not that good. Not just in the shower but also in the toilet. There were some red ants on the bed side table and cabinet. And lastly there was a leak on the room (near the sink) so there's a bit of water on the floor. They can still do some improvements on this in order for the travelers experience to be superb. I know some may say that this is a budget hotel so don't expect too much however those that I have mentioned is I think some basic improvements that they can do to help with their business as well.

The beddings were uncomfortable, and we even found tiny hairs on them, which made it itchy to sleep on. We also couldn’t rest properly because there was ongoing construction or welding noise starting as early as 7 a.m. until we checked out. We politely asked the staff to stop and resume when there were no guests, but the work continued, very inconsiderate. On top of that, there were many mosquitoes inside the room, and the outdoor area was messy. Overall, it was a disappointing stay and definitely needs improvement in cleanliness and guest consideration.

The place is good. Its just that wala lang heater na pwede mag init ng tubig sana sa kwarto. Need pa bumaba. But the place is very peaceful, makakpag pahinga ka talaga ng maayos. Recommended po itong place.

Reasonable price, comfortable bed and not far from meeting area.

Our group of three stayed at RedDoorz Plus @ Casa Lucia Sindalan for one night and we found it to be a very cool and quiet place. The location is perfect if you are looking for a relaxing environment away from the noise. The amenities were excellent and we generally found the room to be well maintained. Our only small suggestion for improvement is to double check the corners of the room as we did notice a little bit of dust near one corner of the bed in our triple room. Aside from that minor detail the cleanliness was great. The service was good and the overall experience was very pleasant. It is a solid and peaceful choice for anyone staying in San Fernando.
