Perfect getaway for the weekend. Everything at the hotel you might want and more ands it’s only a 15 minute walk down the hill to the old town. Also very pretty.

The hotel is wonderful in terms of location. Because of its views of the sea, but on the first day we were only offered snack food when they had told us that there would be a menu or buffet. That disrupted our plans.

Excellent hotel. We were looking for a quaint small hotel with ocean view . We were so fortunate to have found this charming hotel. Very well located . The hotel has: a great ambience , nice common areas , walking paths, pool , and the rooms were very clean. The bedding was very comfortable as well . The staff is amazing ! highly recommend this hotel .

The most amazing views of the ocean and scenery can be seen from Eden Roc Hotels in Spain. Most relaxing place in Costa Brava area. Staff is friendly and speak English - multi languages. Breakfast and Dinner buffets provide delicious choices for everyone. Highly recommended!

We booked at the Eden Roc Hotel for the FIRM 2024 conference and we had a wonderful time. The views and the facilities at the hotel were beautiful and the staff were so incredibly helpful. A big thank you to José Maria, Miguel, Agustin, André and the rest of the staff for making our stay a truly unforgettable experience. We hope to see you again soon!

Bad Experience. Poor customer service at front desk. I say this because despite the hotel making a huge mistake by cancelling one of our rooms, they did very little to rectify the situation. We reserved 2 spa suites for 3 nights online in August for an upcoming business trip end of September. When the four of us got there for check in, we were told that there was only 1 suite reserved despite showing them the email confirmation for the 2 suites. Finally after much insistent, they realized that this is true. According to them, apparently someone on their end had cancelled one of our rooms and they cannot explain why or who or how it happened. We did not get the second spa suite that we reserved. They put us in one superior room for 1 night and than they moved us to a standard room for 2 nights. Because of this, we will not stay here again. Last year, we stayed at the Elke Spa Hotel. Way better hotel in terms of price for customer service, cleanliness, and overall experience. We will be returning there for all our business and personal days.

This hotel is an absolute gem - such a beautiful spot on the rocks/in the bay with the layout maximising the stunning views at every opportunity. We had a sea view family room with massive panoramic windows giving us the best start of the day. The service was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. At breakfast there was plenty of choice and good quality produce and there was even cava which is a lovely touch. The pool area was very relaxed and no loud music or distractions and no great 8am rush to reserve sunbeds which often happens at other hotels/resorts. Couple of small niggles - the pigeons at breakfast on the terrace meant that the experience was not perfect and the wifi was a bit temperamental but worked fine most of the time.
