5/5PerfectThe hotel room was amazing. The view was perfect. The hotel staff was kind and welcoming. The bed and pillows were so comfy. The bathroom and shower were perfect. Enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back!

5/5PerfectLove the city and this hotel. Behind the hotel is the sea. Although it is not a beach, the color is too beautiful and the seagulls are numerous. We stayed for 3 days and spent the morning on the last day picnicking seagulls to feed the seagulls.

Haven't found the right property yet?
As far as location, this was perfect for our Sea World and beach trip. There is a free shuttle to take you to Sea World, which made it convenient. The rooms were nice, but we had ants in the bathroom. If you don’t like hard pillows then I suggest you bring your own. You are charged a daily parking and resort fee, which I wouldn’t have minded had we actually been able to park right in front of our room. Unfortunately when we came, there was a Rolls Royce and Bentley event happening at our hotel where we could not park on our side and had to park our car clear on the opposite side of the hotel, which took 3 trips to bring our bags to the car. No discount on parking for this. It almost felt that they did not value any other guest when it came to this event. We paid the extra money to stay somewhere nicer and overall I felt it wasn’t worth it.
