We’ve stayed here 2 years in a row. It’s now our favorite place to stay in San Diego now. Most amenities we needed were here. We stayed in a 2 queen bed suite and it was pretty spacious and it had a balcony with the pool view. AMAZING! I just wish there was a microwave. We could’ve saved $$ for breakfast because we had lots of dinner leftovers AND we didn’t want to order or go out early. BUT, there were restaurants, a bar, bbq grills, and a small market in the facility so like I said, they had most of things we needed. Even the mall was in our backyard kind of. The best part was, it was a basketball event for our son’s travel team. Most families hung out in the beautiful garden area by the bar. The staff were super accommodating and patient with us, even when we got a little loud. One of the managers even joined us for a little laugh. They just wanted us to have a good time which was the best! We ordered food, drinks and snacks at the bar. We didn’t have to go anywhere else. We all hung out and had an greatest time til about 1:00am. Of course, we cleaned up after ourselves. I’d say, other hotels would’ve shut us down by 10:00pm. In conclusion, we had a 100% fantastic, perfect Memorial Day weekend getaway. We will continue to come here and I’m sure we’ll a a blast every time. Thank you T&C.

Added extra costs and the front desk team were unprofessional when I tried to get to the bittom of why I had been charged an extra $150 on top of the $120 I paid in deposit and fees to stay in a room that was on the back alley side of the property. Not to mention the $240 charge I paid for the actual room.

This was our second time staying at Town and Country, and it continues to be one of our favorite hotels! The staff was absolutely amazing and made our stay even better. The only downside was the lack of a microwave, which was a bit inconvenient for us. Other than that, it was a great experience—we’ll definitely be back!

Terrible for adults. Probably wonderful for children. Noisy hotel which ran out of toilet paper, soap, and clean towels. Took 20 minute wait to go up an elevator probably because they were overbooked. Long walk from parking lot to rooms. Can only use stairs if you’re going down the stairs. Lots of hidden fees. Strong chlorine smell. Backed up toilets, keys that didn’t work because “they were too close to cell phone?” - Never had that problem before. Drinks were super expensive. Bar area unkept. Beds gave back aches in the morning. Only plus is a good location near the mall and local freeways.

Overpriced Hotel. The room was not super clean, found a ***** hsir from the previous guest in the shower. No Smart TV, just cable, you can’t log on to your netflix/disney account. Super basic bathroom. The MRKT, their breakfest place is like a take away with pre-boxed food. I be asked for a late checkout and the lady from the Front Desk was not very nice. Parking was 38USD for one night. I have to say that the pool area was cool. For the status of the facility and the offered standard it is way overpriced.

It perfectly reflects the romantic feelings of Europeans and Americans. Sitting around the campfire, drinking wine, listening to music and chatting, it is a great experience

I was on a business trip for a meeting. The hotel is very large and has several buildings. You can order breakfast in the restaurant for about $25.
