Pala Casino Spa and Resort

- There is no gym in this resort - the pool is close during our stay, it's very unfortunate - the location of the property is quiet far from nearest city, about 25 minutes drive - water pressure for the shower is quiet low - room is quiet big and clean

The air conditioner in the room can not be adjusted upwards above a certain degree (to save the cost of electricity I guess).   But the room at night is very cold.   And There are only two small bottles of water.  In consideration of the hotel room rate, the quality of the facilities is really not up to it.

First time my wife and I stayed at Pala, the rooms were super clean and very comfortable. We plan on staying again in the near future.

My experience traveling to the ****** was terrible! The number of cars and other vehicles on the freeway was unbelievable. This was on Thanksgiving Day! Worse that I’ve ever seen. Now for my stay, it was the best room and related facilities offered, including professional services and booking. The ****** was filled with fumes from smoking customers, but this was to be expected. Otherwise, everything else was clean, well maintained, and available. I wish the Buffet was opened, but best wishes I can only pray for. My dinner was good except when a person is used to their dinner Mom used to cook don’t match, it can be a little disappointing. However, the final outcome was satisfactory. I would do it again. The travel returning home was better because I left early 5:30 a.m.
