We choose the Hotel to rest for 15 days (starting on Dec 20, 2019), we spent Christmas & New Years Eve. The reservations Department is very dedicated, respectull & take care of any passenger need. Hotel facilities in perfect condition,the pool, the small but equipped gym, The SPA area.....pls take into account that to perform body treatments you must request a shift (pay a fee). The two restaurants of the Hotel have the same menu, both: impeccable, it is clear that it is very accessible to eat inhouse, as well as the room service. The food is quality & abundant......and the prices accessible and they also have promotions The attention of the staff very cordial and willing to help you anytime, in the same way the Agency boys in the lobby. Unforgettable experience: it could not have been better. Undoubtedly it maintains the charm and distinction throughout the years & the location is.....PERFECT!

the location is great. breakfast is good but basic. room is comfy. we reserved a room with a queen bed but we actually got 2 single beds but together. We got a room in the 5th floor but the elevator in the 5th floor doesn't work so we need to take the elevator to the 4th floor and then stairs, this is very annoying and it is expected from an hotel to fix this stuff or let know people before hand. We were told that there is parking, and there is one, but because of a festival during the weekend there is not enough room so all the cars are blocking one another and we had to leave the car keys on the reception so they can move the cars, despite of this lack of room the receptionist told me that the hotel rents parking space to other people that are not guests, this is really a shame,guest should get priority and not suffer from this mess because the hotel owner/manager wants to make extra money.

Vistas sobre el lago increibles desde los pisos altos. Necesitaria un poco de renovacion. El desayuno sigue siendo bueno. Estuvimos hace años con mi mujer y esta mejor conservado, de todos modos sigue siendo un hotel respetable. Incredible views over the lake from the high floors. It would need some renovation. The breakfast is still good. We were with my wife years ago and it is better preserved, anyway it is still a respectable hotel.

I stayed for 3 nights and was very happy with the stay. I had a classic standard room which was large and exactly as per the photos. A very comfortable king bed, and amenities including an in room safe, fridge and flat screen tv although nearly all the channels were in Spanish. There was no tea or coffee in the room but there was always the Mitico bar / lounge on the first floor with incredible views across the lake and a good menu for light snacks and drinks all very reasonably priced. Unfortunately my room wasn’t ready when I arrived until 15:00, but I was given a drinks voucher whilst I waited which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good with all the standard options including scrambled eggs. I didn’t have chance to use the spa but the pool looked nice, again with that incredible view. The hotel is well located with only a 10 minute walk to centre Civico where there is a tourist information centre who were really helpful with good suggestions for day trips and bus information. On my first day I did the circuito Chico which was a 10 km circular route which included climbing up Cerrito Llao Llao at 1080m for great views. On my second day I caught a 55 bus to Cerro Catedral and took the cable car followed by a 30 minute hike to reach the peak with stunning views. The only negative of my stay was that I had a connecting room with a door to the next room, and I could hear my neighbours (who were loud). Reception offered to move me to a non connecting room but they only had a twin so I declined as the king bed in the classic is very nice. Overall I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

We had an excellent night in this hotel. Our room was lovely, beautiful design and decorations. We spent the evening in our hot tub jacuzzi in our room. One of the best we have ever been in. So relaxing we did not want to get out! The room had a nice , comfortable big bed, a good desk area, nice storage and a very nice shower. Like so may other hotels, the glass wall is not long enough, so water spatters onto the floor. (Don’t the manufacturers test their products?) The huge dining room offered a buffet breakfast of eggs, hams, breads, fruits, juices, cereals and the like. The watermelon was delicious! My husband ordered a cappuccino which came out in a tall glass and the coffee was layered (beautiful) with a nitro beer effect. (He had to pay for the coffee, which was not included in the breakfast, which was an inconvenience. Lucky we had cash.) Very eclectic decor like chairs hanging on the walls. The view of the mountains and water from the dining room were spectacular. My only other ding of the restaurant was that the restaurant staff were not very hospitable for this level of a hotel dining room. I always had to get out of their way when going back to the buffet. (When I was in the industry we allowed guests to pass first. What happened to service-oriented staff? Other than refilling the buffet, none were walking around checking on the guests, but instead congregating behind the bar area, as you can see from my photo.)

I’m a frequent business traveler, but generally trend towards Marriott properties (I’m a lifetime Titanium Elite member). But in a recent trip to Bariloche and with COVID measures in place,I wanted to find a brand hotel to assure some level of cleanliness, which is how I came to this hotel. The property itself seems very new and well kept. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and one thing I loved were the end tables which have USB connectors hidden away to keep clutter hidden. The shower could’ve been a bit larger. But the best thing of all was the level of service. Everyone that tended to us was always smiling and very welcoming. When ordering breakfast even though we could go up to the buffet table to ask for some items, they brought it to our table. And when checking out, upon seeing my kids loved their bonbons they gave us an entire handful and a bottle of water for the road! And finally, when seeing we were headed to Villa La Angostura and San Martín de los Andes, Lautaro at the reception desk messaged us after we left recommending restaurants which were open at both locations!! We loved Bariloche and hope to go back one day, and we’ll definitely make sure we stay here again.

But in a recent trip to Bariloche and with COVID measures in place,I wanted to find a brand hotel to assure some level of cleanliness, which is how I came to this hotel. The property itself seems very new and well kept. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and one thing I loved were the end tables which have USB connectors hidden away to keep clutter hidden. The shower could’ve been a bit larger. But the best thing of all was the level of service. Everyone that tended to us was always smiling and very welcoming. When ordering breakfast even though we could go up to the buffet table to ask for some items, they brought it to our table. And when checking out, upon seeing my kids loved their bonbons they gave us an entire handful and a bottle of water for the road! And finally, when seeing we were headed to Villa La Angostura and San Martín de los Andes, Lautaro at the reception desk messaged us after we left recommending restaurants which were open at both locations!! We loved Bariloche and hope to go back one day, and we’ll definitely make sure we stay here again.

We got a room in the 5th floor but the elevator in the 5th floor doesn't work so we need to take the elevator to the 4th floor and then stairs, this is very annoying and it is expected from an hotel to fix this stuff or let know people before hand. We were told that there is parking, and there is one, but because of a festival during the weekend there is not enough room so all the cars are blocking one another and we had to leave the car keys on the reception so they can move the cars, despite of this lack of room the receptionist told me that the hotel rents parking space to other people that are not guests, this is really a shame,guest should get priority and not suffer from this mess because the hotel owner/manager wants to make extra money.

We were told that there is parking, and there is one, but because of a festival during the weekend there is not enough room so all the cars are blocking one another and we had to leave the car keys on the reception so they can move the cars, despite of this lack of room the receptionist told me that the hotel rents parking space to other people that are not guests, this is really a shame,guest should get priority and not suffer from this mess because the hotel owner/manager wants to make extra money.

I’m a frequent business traveler, but generally trend towards Marriott properties (I’m a lifetime Titanium Elite member). But in a recent trip to Bariloche and with COVID measures in place,I wanted to find a brand hotel to assure some level of cleanliness, which is how I came to this hotel. The property itself seems very new and well kept. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and one thing I loved were the end tables which have USB connectors hidden away to keep clutter hidden. The shower could’ve been a bit larger. But the best thing of all was the level of service. Everyone that tended to us was always smiling and very welcoming. When ordering breakfast even though we could go up to the buffet table to ask for some items, they brought it to our table. And when checking out, upon seeing my kids loved their bonbons they gave us an entire handful and a bottle of water for the road! And finally, when seeing we were headed to Villa La Angostura and San Martín de los Andes, Lautaro at the reception desk messaged us after we left recommending restaurants which were open at both locations!! We loved Bariloche and hope to go back one day, and we’ll definitely make sure we stay here again.

We choose the Hotel to rest for 15 days (starting on Dec 20, 2019), we spent Christmas & New Years Eve. The reservations Department is very dedicated, respectull & take care of any passenger need. Hotel facilities in perfect condition,the pool, the small but equipped gym, The SPA area.....pls take into account that to perform body treatments you must request a shift (pay a fee). The two restaurants of the Hotel have the same menu, both: impeccable, it is clear that it is very accessible to eat inhouse, as well as the room service. The food is quality & abundant......and the prices accessible and they also have promotions The attention of the staff very cordial and willing to help you anytime, in the same way the Agency boys in the lobby. Unforgettable experience: it could not have been better. Undoubtedly it maintains the charm and distinction throughout the years & the location is.....PERFECT!

We had an excellent night in this hotel. Our room was lovely, beautiful design and decorations. We spent the evening in our hot tub jacuzzi in our room. One of the best we have ever been in. So relaxing we did not want to get out! The room had a nice , comfortable big bed, a good desk area, nice storage and a very nice shower. Like so may other hotels, the glass wall is not long enough, so water spatters onto the floor. (Don’t the manufacturers test their products?) The huge dining room offered a buffet breakfast of eggs, hams, breads, fruits, juices, cereals and the like. The watermelon was delicious! My husband ordered a cappuccino which came out in a tall glass and the coffee was layered (beautiful) with a nitro beer effect. (He had to pay for the coffee, which was not included in the breakfast, which was an inconvenience. Lucky we had cash.) Very eclectic decor like chairs hanging on the walls. The view of the mountains and water from the dining room were spectacular. My only other ding of the restaurant was that the restaurant staff were not very hospitable for this level of a hotel dining room. I always had to get out of their way when going back to the buffet. (When I was in the industry we allowed guests to pass first. What happened to service-oriented staff? Other than refilling the buffet, none were walking around checking on the guests, but instead congregating behind the bar area, as you can see from my photo.)

I stayed for 3 nights and was very happy with the stay. I had a classic standard room which was large and exactly as per the photos. A very comfortable king bed, and amenities including an in room safe, fridge and flat screen tv although nearly all the channels were in Spanish. There was no tea or coffee in the room but there was always the Mitico bar / lounge on the first floor with incredible views across the lake and a good menu for light snacks and drinks all very reasonably priced. Unfortunately my room wasn’t ready when I arrived until 15:00, but I was given a drinks voucher whilst I waited which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good with all the standard options including scrambled eggs. I didn’t have chance to use the spa but the pool looked nice, again with that incredible view. The hotel is well located with only a 10 minute walk to centre Civico where there is a tourist information centre who were really helpful with good suggestions for day trips and bus information. On my first day I did the circuito Chico which was a 10 km circular route which included climbing up Cerrito Llao Llao at 1080m for great views. On my second day I caught a 55 bus to Cerro Catedral and took the cable car followed by a 30 minute hike to reach the peak with stunning views. The only negative of my stay was that I had a connecting room with a door to the next room, and I could hear my neighbours (who were loud). Reception offered to move me to a non connecting room but they only had a twin so I declined as the king bed in the classic is very nice. Overall I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend.

the location is great. breakfast is good but basic. room is comfy. we reserved a room with a queen bed but we actually got 2 single beds but together. We got a room in the 5th floor but the elevator in the 5th floor doesn't work so we need to take the elevator to the 4th floor and then stairs, this is very annoying and it is expected from an hotel to fix this stuff or let know people before hand.
