I was so pleasantly surprised at how neat this hotel was. It was very clean and the bath robes were a great touch. The free parking is very tight but it's free. The shower curtain kept blowing into me which grossed me out. All in all it was a nice stay. Next time hopefully the spa and breakfast will be available.

I was very happy with this stay, the rooms remind me of a European boutique hotel. Underground parking very nice. Adequate breakfast, but there is also a coffee bar attached for more. Very clean and in a more residential area. Close to SFO so you get some airplane noise, but you are close to the airport so what should you expect.

One of the main things I look for in a hotel is the pool/sauna/steamroom & similar facilities. When they are listed on the website I don't think I need to check if they exist or not. But this place is a law unto itself. The facilities have been closed since the start of Covid (over 3 years) but there is no update on the website or *******. Another hotel I had booked let me know that their pool was closed for maintenance so I cancelled & booked somewhere else. The bed had a severe dip in the middle, and the curtains are falling apart which is quite off-putting. We were placed in a room on the main road side with too much traffic noise even though the place was almost empty - would have been better on the other side of the floor. My mistake - should have booked in DT. Also the uber/lyft price from SFO to here is SO pricey for such a short distance (actually double the price of getting back there). Also weeks later I am still waiting for the $100 security bond to be released, because my bank tells me they processed it wrongly. I have called & emailed for help but have gotten nowhere - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Breakfast is basic, make your own waffles, fruits, muesli bars, bread/bagels, coffee/tea - just incase you still choose to stay here.

Lovely comfortable hotel, large clean room on the back of the hotel. Very quiet. Small breakfast provided. Cereal, bagels, waffles hot drinks. Friendly staff. Limited dining nearby. Good transport links to San Francisco on Caltrain or Bart. Would recommend.

I don't need anything fancy - clean and a decent bed and I'm happy. But this place will give me nightmares. The room was so strange - dark, dirty, and I just felt so uneasy every minute I was there. The staff was nice, and the bedding did look clean. Beyond that it was disgusting - the sheer drapes were shredded. The front of the room and bathroom smelled like stale cigarettes mixed with something rotting. The carpet looked filthy - not just old but actually unclean. The mirror and faucet were covered in rust spots, and even with every single light on (and there were a lot) the room was still disturbingly dark. The decor screams 80's tacky oppulence done cheaply. I got coffee one day but the rest of the breakfast did not look appetizing in any way. I was going to a friends wedding and basically was only in the room to shower and sleep - if I had more time I would have ate the cost and switched to a different hotel. The parking garage in the basement was also really dark and creepy - I felt so unsafe in this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

Planes flying over head making sleep difficult. Bed sheets that felt like an abrasive surface. Mattress was probably purchased at Costco for $99. How much are you saving by not going to a more expensive hotel if you can't sleep at night and wake up angry Stay away.

Absolute fleabag. Surly night staff. Lobby and halls were nice, but first (odd-numbered) room had torn curtain and faced loud street with zero heat, and zero noise insulation. Immediately asked that they move me to a room on the opposite (even-numbered) side, which they grumpily did, and that room had 8 crawly bugs in the tub, stained floor, another torn curtain, saggy mattress, and again no heat (which another one in my company in an entirely different rom faced as well); I slept (poorly) in my sweatshirt. Avoid.

I stayed here for 5 nights. I had my checklist of what I wanted in a hotel and it checked all the boxes. This hotel provided free garage parking. It is about 20 minutes from the city center but the drive is nice and you don't even notice the travel time. It also provided complimentary breakfast. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The housekeeping was exceptional! Our room key pamphlet states a glass of free wine or beer is provided as well as a cookie and coffee hour. We didn't make use of this but it was a very nice offer. Free robes were provided along with coffee and tea in the room. There was a microwave and mini fridge. WiFi worked great. The décor inside and out was beautiful. Another guest on the elevator with us also commented on what a great find this hotel was. I would definitely stay here again.

We selected this hotel because it was close to the airport and we were booked to take cruise transportation from the airport to the ship the next morning. Despite the literature stating a hotel shuttle was provided this service was suspended at the time of our visit. Uber pricing varied from about $27 to over $47 at the time of our arrival. We opted for a cab which showed less than $15 on the meter plus a $5.50 airport surcharge. I was happy to pay $25. The hotel is on a busy street. Suggest you ask for a room at the rear of the building. Check-in was prompt and efficient. We suspect there were few quests as we were given a one bedroom suite which was quite attractive. The hotel itself is an unusual style and has a lot of potential but it needs maintenance. The outside awnings are ragged. The carpets are stained and our sofa and chair need replacement. The room was equipped with a virtually new microwave and the usual mini-fridge. There were two large flat scree TVs. The safe was inoperable and the front desk was unable to solve the problem.. The king bed was very comfortable but only two pillows were provided. Two very comfortable robes were provided. The bathrooms good quality towels etc. but only two of each. There are very limited dining choices within walking distance. There is a Chillies about a 1/2 mile away on this street. Because of Covid restrictions several amenities are not available and only a box breakfast is provided. With a little TLC this hotel could be a real winner.
