Absolutely everyone, from the front desk to the waitress and waiters in restaurant and the bartenders in the ******... they all were friendly, helpful and personable. The locals and ones that vacay up there, I've never met nicer people...being said hello to or waved at 30 times a day was nice!

The hotel was nice and beds were comfortable. The bartender wasn’t very helpful when I wanted a coffee instead of an alcoholic beverage. The restaurant service was horrible but I read reviews about that before even going so this review probably won’t change anything either. The guy that runs the ferry in the evening was great. Really need to upgrade the gift shop and what’s available to guests especially since it’s the only option on that side of the lake. The ferry was down on Friday because of wind so what was at the hotel is your only option h less you want to drive 1.5 hours to the Arizona side. Hotel really needs to update its description that it’s on the opposite of the lake then all the cities amenities. And that if the ferry shuts down due to weather you are without options on what you can access .

good parking, clean room. resort was busy the night we were there, there was a George Strait tribute band playing. Restaurant wait times were long.

The people here are truly amazing. I will stay here EVERY time I come to visit Arizona. My car broke down while I was visiting and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us and let us keep our things in our room longer so that we could get a new vehicle. We were able to ride the ferry to and from Lake Havasu City, which was very convenient.

Very clean, great staff, just a 15 minute boat ride over the lake to havasu city. Great place to stay.
