I love the place,the staff is polite,helpful and smiling all the time.Claudio the waiter is pure love and gentile.The food is amazing and in 10 days we never repited plate. The pool was clean and perfect size,with sun bed around it so was more than enough. The room good equiped and clean with a big balcony. The only lack was english menu but Claudio translate everyday for us. We will come back next year and i cant recommend enough. Grazie per tutto

Last minute decision to travel to San Benedetto for a few days before a family wedding elsewhere. Loved the town. Smeraldo suites was excellent and very clean. Room was like new and clean. I found nothing wrong with this hotel. I didn’t use the pool because I reserved chairs and an umbrella on the beach for each day which I would recommend. Not very many Americans but I felt comfortable and everyone was very welcoming.
