Hotel Emma at Pearl on the Riverwalk

Service was phenomenal! Our lead server was Mercedes and she was A1!!!!!! Attentive, very sweet and courteous. We also had a great laugh/chat with Paul and Sophiane as well! The food and the aesthetics of the restaurant is great BUT the soft product (service) is exceptional!!! The service is what will bring us back to Supper first and foremost! Our orders were French omelette, steak/eggs, mimosas, green tea, kids red sauce pasta, kids chicken tenders and fries!! 🙌🏾🎉

Outstanding experience, once again! Hotel Emma is everything and more. The building itself is a masterpiece of repurposing with no detail left unfinished. The vibe, the music, the venues… but most of all, which sets it apart from the rest, is the service. Everyone takes immense pride in the top notch service they provide and you feel it in every interaction you have. We were fortunate to have Walter assist us with checking in and out. We highly recommend him and appreciate his hospitality!

Jack is the best! Hennessy afterparty after Stable Hall Visit San Antonio party. We had a large group and the whole staff at Sternewirth was accommodating. Everyone is always so kind.

From the moment we arrived, Hotel Emma delivered an exceptional experience. Check‑in was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The staff took time to explain the layout of the hotel, answer every question, and even invited us to enjoy a welcome drink in the beautiful Library — a real treat for anyone who loves books. Throughout our stay, there was always someone available to assist, and the service felt consistently thoughtful. The swimming pool was peaceful and private, the restaurants were fabulous, and one evening we enjoyed wonderful live music in the bar. The fresh flowers and beautifully maintained spaces added to the charm. Overall, the hotel truly excels in creating a memorable, luxurious atmosphere. Our stay was outstanding, and we genuinely hope the hotel continues to maintain its exceptional standards.

What an incredible experience. The location, the surrounding retail and restaurants. The history, the rooms and every detail that matters. The service and hospitality were above and beyond. Everything about this hotel is beyond normalcy in a wonderful way. I will be back.

Location at the Pearl gives one options of places to walk to. We have stayed at the Emma Hotel four times. Why we visit this hotel so often, is the quality of the service. It is hard to go back to a regular chain hotel, after experiencing the friendliness and quality of service at this hotel.
