There were hairs, chewed gums in the room! The breakfast was ok. But the quality of the food was a best effort type. Overall, with the rent and taxes, i should have spend some more time, to review other hotels in the area.

Need to clean the carpet. Hallway and room smelled bad, like a cheap motel. Room need updated furniture. Bed was decent. Bathtub needs to be updated. Water pressure low. A/C was good. Expected more for being a Drury.

We were told upon check-in that they are unable to fulfill our paid reservation because we booked through third party. In addition, room was not cleaned. Food stains on the tables etc.
We liked the room size and floor selected. Dining food and drinks selection was very poor. Breakfast was great through. Coffee says it's from Starbucks, but reality it's powdered drink, horrible 😢

We asked for no feather pillows due to my wife’s allergies but when we got to the room there were still feather pillows everywhere. Also, the AC was not working properly in the room but the only solution we got was to turn thermostat down more which did not work.

They're replacing the roof very noisy, my air condition.
When not cut off, stayed at 1 temperature, the room got very cold. They bought a portable heater up to our room. The ice machine on the floor was not working. My stay there was not good at all.
