Overall this was a nice property. Right off the river, close to the convention center, and close to a cvs. The only down part was I saw a couple of ants in my bed.

The restaurant and bar staff, food and drinks were all excellent. Very friendly, good selections and served hot and fresh. The spa was also excellent. Rebecca completed my service and she was friendly, knowledgeable and very interested in giving the best possible treatment. The room was either the room they rent out for ******* or other discount sites or it was the last available of its kind. End of a hallway where you’d think it would be quieter. Not at all. There was a service door next to us and the noise started as early as 6am and went all day into the evening. The air conditioning was broken upon arrival and it took 3 phone calls and nearly 3 hours to get it fixed. Day 2 the lock battery died. 3 trips to the front desk and finally got it fixed. I would visit the restaurant and the spa again, but will not stay here again. Disappointing.

The property and amenities are good for the price but our room has issues:
-the toilet has a constant water drip
-we had to call the hotel engineer twice due to:
—our door battery going out
—needing batteries for our tv remote
-one tv would only get the 3 local channels
-I unplugged the phone near the bed because the “sound after you stop a call but don’t hang up the phone” would randomly come on
The hotel is nice, clean and in a great area.

Everyone from the valet, front desk, and even the maintenance crew i saw in the elevator were all so friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel, comfy, clean, good food and drinks.

My suite doesn’t have a night light, which is quite inconvenient for me…and it also doesn’t have a writing desk…hmm. It’s clean and otherwise fine.

Loved the decor of the room. It was clean and most of all the staff were all very personable and helpful.
Also enjoyed the Mariachi Band and relaxing in the bar.

Was very pleased with everything about the hotel…spacious suite style room, loved the exposed brick and riverfront view, comfy bed, very friendly hotel staff. The restaurant had really good breakfast offerings and the location can’t be beat. The rooftop pool deck looked amazing, would definitely recommend and stay again.
