I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a quiet family vacation. Every day there was music in the bar and loud conversations over cocktails. Our room was right next to the bar, and it was unbearable – waiting until 10:00 PM every night for them to turn off the loud bar music and turn on background music at reception. Especially when you have a high fever and a headache. It felt like we were staying in a nightclub. During my entire stay (five nights), I didn't get a good night's sleep. We had to ask for towels to be changed and for cleaning to be done because the staff forgot. The high humidity prevented the towels from drying, and they hung damp in the bathroom, smelling bad. The hotel should pay a little more attention to this. And in the description, they should indicate that this hotel is for music lovers and those who enjoy loud evening gatherings.

The breakfast was made to order and excellent, best complementary breakfast we have had. Fresh mango juice and sliced pineapple for each guest and wonderful coffee. Wonderful cook preparing as guests order, so fresh made and not sitting in a warmer and breakfast is served at your table within minutes. Indoor seating and outdoor seating is provided or eat in the lounge are or in the comfortable seating in the patio/ pool area.

Great staff, good breakfast. Location was away from the congested part of the island. However no problem getting on bus or taxi. Room clean, shower was warm. Bed was good.

I had an early arrival and got there way before check in and was able to check on at noon instead of 3 pm. The view is beautiful, the staff is friendly ( not many speak english so have a translator app on standby if English is your primary language), the breakfast is good, drinks are strong, dinner is also amazing. Rooms are clean ( upstairs rooms is not handicap accessible). If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. You can hear every car that passes by all night long. A little far from downtown but the bus stops right on front and will take you down.
