The hotel is situated on a wide busy road about 10 minutes by taxi from the Registan. It’s more practical than charming, and the shashlik restaurant opposite the hotel is quite good. There is a convenience store nearby, as well. The hotel itself is brand new, everything is in excellent shape, the bed is comfortable. There was hardly any natural light in our room, but there was a window and we didn’t mind. Breakfast was good, too, especially their porridge that the friendly servee reheated for us every morning when we came. The only downside was the plainness of the breakfast room in the basement as it has neither windows nor pictures. Most worth mentioning, however, is the very attentive English-speaking staff who were always helpful and also negotiated a driver to Tashkent for us for a reasonable price. We would definitely stay here again.
