Breakfast here is very varied, all food and drinks are available and complete. From appetizers, main meals, to desserts. Besides that, it tastes good too. The place was amazing for a birthday dinner, an anniversary dinner, etc. The service was excellent, Mas Fajar was my server. He’s so helpful and detailed when describing the menu, he’s a well-train photographer for people like me who likes taking pictures. I really recommended this place to y'all that gonna have a special event coming up. The glazed salmon was delicious!

This is an older property but very well maintained and has a very substantial and classy feel. My room was large and well furnished with hardwood furniture and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked very well. The lobby is a very comfortable and elegant area to relax in. The breakfast buffet was very good. It is walking distance to all of the places to visit in central Samarinda. There is a nice looking pool but I didn't have time to use it. The only problem I had was that there were mosquitos in the room and I had to ask the front desk to send someone to spray for them. Later, there were more mosquitos and I had to ask them to spray again. The staff was very nice and professional.

It was an amazing sales staff I ever met named Mr Atta. He is very friendly, competent and polite. He gave me a very good information details about the meeting room and the facilities completely. The services is very fast, I asked for foods and drinks for my coffee break time they served it very fast without made me wait for it. Mr Atta really made me satisfied with his works. See you again Mr Atta when I come back to Samarinda I'll definitely booked meeting room at Swisbel Samarinda.

The hotel is located only about 200 m from Samarinda Central Plaza (mall) so it is easy to find food or to supermarkets. But the facilities of this hotel are very disappointing. This 6 floor hotel has only 1 elevator, so guests have to wait a long enough to get on the elevator. Also, the toilet in the room is tilted facing the wall (only about 15 cm from the wall) - see the attached photos. For the size of a normal person, I can't sit in the toilet because my feet stoop to the wall! I stayed in this hotel for two nights, on the second day, my room key was not able to open the room, so I had to go down again to the lobby to ask my keys to reprogram, and have to wait for the elevator again (long) to be able to get to the room. This place is not recommended!
