Hotel Zum Hirschen

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the station with plenty of businesses nearby. The public areas are relatively new, and the room facilities are well-maintained. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and highly professional. Breakfast is average, but the hotel signage could be more noticeable.

Our first hotel in Austria, it's small and exquisite, and the hygiene is really good. The surrounding malls were closed on Sunday, so we didn't get to explore much. It's a very comfortable and quiet hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located, about an 8-minute walk from the station and 15 minutes from Mirabell Palace. The hotel environment is beautiful, and the front desk service was very nice. However, there's a critical issue: when I booked a comfortable double room, the pictures showed a bathroom with a wet/dry separation. In reality, the bathroom (as shown in image two) had no partition at all. After showering, the entire bathroom floor would be wet, making it very inconvenient to use the toilet at night.

The room was not good, and the breakfast was poor either. There were tour groups around, making it quite noisy.
