The receptionists do not accept well that one had booked and paid before. The facilities are good but already outdated, the rooms have several visible repairs. It works for a one night stay.

Es una verdadera aberración, no se como no le han quitado la licencia para operar. Fue un infierno. Llegue el 19 de febrero e inmediatamente salí al día siguiente. No hay elevador Los barandales sucios con telarañas En los pasillos hay papeles higiénicos con residuos 💩, hieleras con agua. Las habitaciones son insalubres, los colchones están rotos, la ropa de cama tiene pelos de todas partes donde un humano puede tener pelo, las paredes tienen mocos pegados, en las sábanas hay fluidos corporales de hombre, las almohadas están rotas. Acudimos a un torneo de ajedrez del que el hotel fue sede, la atención para el torneo fue terrible, no había ni donde sentarse, nos cerraron el restaurante literal con cadenas, en lugar de ofrecer alimentos y bebidas con lo que el hotel tendría ingreso extra. Y del hotel como tal, es muy viejo, huele a humedad y está sucio, toallas y sábanas desgastadas, el servicio de alimentos es muy malo. Si pueden elegir, no elijan este hotel.

Excelente ubicación; atención esmarada, sólo dos detalles adversos: 1) por la noche estaba encendida una bomba o compresora a un costado del cuarto, así que el descanso no fue muy bueno; 2) Realizaron un cargo doble por una habitación, se les ha llamado, enviado e-mails; admiten el cobro indebido, pero hasta la fecha no se han dignado regresar lo cobrado de más.

Pesimo servicio de limpieza, la infraestrucutra es obsoleta, las instalaciones dan una mal apariencia, hay mal olor en todas partes, es simplemente asqueroso. El desayuno es asqueroso, ni si queira habia camfe, la comida insipida y mal olor. Alejense de este lugar!!!

No fue nada placentera la estadía, hice reservación vía directa, me dan cama doble cuando pedí una cama king size, ok, nos cambian de habitación!! Segundo strike el clima no funciona, nos vuelven a cambiar de habitación, tercer strike sin papel higiénico en la habitación. Creo que son detalles completamente de cajón, que bueno que no tuve una urgencia, pero por el precio había mejores opciones.
