The room is wide and the hot water comes quickly. The front desk service is friendly. Although English is not good, the translation is also very convenient. There is coffee at the front desk. The biscuits are delicious and have four flavors. There is an American-style wood-burning fireplace in the lobby. There is a restaurant in the lobby on the first floor with a small variety of varieties. The location is very convenient in the city.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as other places I have stayed, but it was ok. I liked that the air conditioner was not right next to the bed and there was a refrigerator and microwave. Also it was great to be able to get a cup of tea in the afternoon. Breakfast was great and everything was at the right temperature. The little store part was great too. I forgot a razor and was able to buy one.

The room is big and the location is good. It is convenient to go anywhere in downtown. But parking is expensive... $25 a day, I thought it was free. Then asking the front desk for toiletries is also expensive, $7 a day. The facilities are a bit old. The service is OK. It's average.

I stayed at the hotel for a business trip, and the location was very convenient as it was adjacent to the convention center. It was located downtown, so going to the mall or other tourist attractions was good. However, the bedding was not washed and ironed. All 4 pillows had a musty smell, and even after room cleaning in the middle, the condition was the same. So I couldn't tell if the bedding was changed or not. Also, I mistakenly booked the check-in date and added one extra day when I checked in. But it seems necessary to check as it is charged at the average price of 2 days. However, I did not receive any receipt or billing documents after check-out via e-mail or a printed one.

The room is large, with 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, and a full set of kitchen equipment. The facilities are very new. The breakfast is particularly rich. The only thing that needs improvement is the air conditioning system, which is too noisy.

Everyone was satisfied with the hotel, which was modern, new and business-like. There was no shower curtain, and it felt like we were finally not in the village. The most important thing was that there was free breakfast, which was the only one in this trip that included breakfast!

The room is very stylish. The front desk staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel room looks very beautiful. There is a bar and swimming pool on the top floor of the hotel, with a nice environment.
The hotel is in the city center. The room is not big, the bathroom is small, and the toiletries are also very small, just enough for two people with short hair. There is soap but no shower gel for bathing. The room is very clean. The advantages are: parking is convenient, the hotel has its own parking lot, free entry and exit for 10 yuan a day, and the location is excellent. It is next to several famous attractions in Salt Lake City and is only a few minutes' walk away.

The hotel is opposite the Utah Jazz home, but it is about 10 minutes from the main city commercial center. It will take 10 minutes from Temple Square. Hotel health is not bad, that is, the room does not have toothbrushes and slippers, call to the front desk, said no slippers, sent a toothbrush and toothpaste. In addition, the door of the bathroom was broken. I called the customer service and waited for half an hour. I called a room attendant at the back door and came in to help me open it. Overall good, health is OK.

Outstanding
CChunnuanhuakaiThe location is good, not far from the main attractions and within walking distance. The check-in procedure is convenient and the breakfast is pretty good, similar to American hotels. The room is neat and clean and has good sound insulation. Halloween is coming, the hotel decoration is very nice
GGuest UserIt is very close to the Salt Lake City Airport. It is only a few minutes' drive from the highway. It should be a resort hotel with complete facilities. There are many hotels around it, and there is also a scenic lake.
LLaoguobaThis one in Salt Lake City, the room was fine. Meet expectations. Breakfast is also quite satisfactory.
Only disappointment and upset was that I left the next day and the $198 deposit was never cancelled. Yes, it has been 11 days. I called the front desk on 7.16, and the female staff replied about 4 working days. As a result, looking at it today, all Marriott's Springhills have not been cancelled. But what stands out is that there is a $20 deposit for other Springhills suites. This 198, why? Salt Lake City expensive? Aren't you worried that such an inefficient cancellation of the deposit will affect your guests' next itinerary? Not everyone has a $30,000 credit card limit and can ignore your slow refunds. Regarding this hotel in Salt Lake City, it has bad reviews. It is recommended not to go if you are concerned about the speed of returning the 198 deposit.
AAmerican solo travelerStayed 2 nights. Newly remodeled. Was surprised by how nice the rooms were. Big TV. Had a south east facing room and had a view of snow capped mountains. Clean bright white linens. Towels weren’t as new, but were clean. Everything looks brand new inside. Only thing that looks dated a few years are the doors and bathtub. Spacious room. Great food and drink and the restaurant and bar. Parking was steep ($25/n). Overall great stay and would definitely book here again.
楚楚Let me say a few things: 1, the parking lot is large, free parking; 2, next to the university, the surrounding security is very good, go out at 8 o'clock in the evening and walk quietly, even the dogs have not seen. Can also see the snowy mountains, the scenery is good; 3, the room is not equipped with a hot water bottle, call and the person looking for the front desk toss a circle finally got one; Then come to the spit: 1. One day, when I went out, I put my underwear on the sink and forgot it. I came back and found it was thrown by the waiter on the floor of the bathroom. I was very embarrassed and then threw it directly; 2, breakfast is very poor, which is equivalent to the level of domestic express hotels; 3, many people staying in the hotel bring dogs, there are people with two, it is recommended that friends who do not mind choose this one. 4, the wood has a bathtub, the bathroom is very small.
GGuest UserThe only problems I had were the comforter and the bathroom sink. The comforter had rolled up little stuffing in each square. It was strange and they probably should replace the comforters. The bathroom sink took over an hour to drain. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay. I would rate the front desk staff a 5 out of 5. Very friendly.
GGuest UserThe hotel is OK, I like it very much. It is convenient for food and accommodation. I will come again next time. I will definitely come here for business trips again if I have the chance. The accommodation is very good. I like this hotel very much. It is very good. Recommend to everyone!
MMINGVery close to the airport, the hotel has a free shuttle pick-up and drop-off machine, the hotel has a swimming pool and gym, although not big, but you can relax, breakfast is a bit simple, overall good
玉玉女手筆This hotel is located at the Salt Lake City Airport in the United States, and it is also the place where we boarded the bus for the local tour group. I found this classic European-style suite on trip.com, and the price was not too expensive, more than 210 US dollars after tax. My friend called the hotel directly to book this room, and they said they didn’t have it. But I was a member of trip.com and could book it, so lucky! My friends were very interested in the suite I stayed in and asked me which hotel it was from. The hotel’s service and facilities are good!
IImogeeneeNot as bad as the other reviews go. One of the cheapest options in the area and it's acceptable to me who's just looking to spend one night for the flight layover.
Yes the hotel is dated and doesn't feel clean. Good thing is they offer simple breakfast and there's free shuttle to the airport.
