The Reserve Inn

Didn't have the room I reserved. Room had roaches.

It was 4 of us in the room they only gave 2 bath towels 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloths. Went down to get more the guy was really nasty.

Parking and check in easy. Room and hallways had odor. AC very bad odor. Broken coat hook. No hair drier.

The staff is so friendly. You get a bag of bottled water and a cookie on arrival. The rooms are clean and just what we needed for the night. The property has smoking rooms so the entire interior smells like old cigarettes though. Overall, I would stay here again.

The room was just not what I've expected. The bed was not good for my back. The TV was not user friendly. I have to get the clerk to help me watch tv.

Window unit did not keep room warm. But the bed coverings were adequate to keep warm.

Room had 3 baby roaches in the bathroom that were quickly dispatched. However, the staff (Ms. Aimee) was very accommodating

The room was clean and relaxing this has been our second time here and everything was good

When we arrived, a man was sitting in the lobby approaching customers to ask for money. The television would not show the live playoff baseball games....only older games. This was despite asking for help navigating it at the front desk, getting a suggestion that did not work and trying repeatedly for 2 nights. The room was clean. They only provided 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels for 2 people for the 2 night stay. No hair dryer. Coffee was available in the morning but no lids for cups. Overall, not a great experience and we are unlikely to stay at another Motel 6.
