Randolph House Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Hotel is close to Destiny mall. Clean room and but mattress needs to be updated or changed. Using rhe bed with my daughter, as she moves, the bed is moving too. only portable AC was working. swimming pool was temporarily closed. Plenty of parking spots is good thing. Bath tub draining bad.

Check your card all the time. They took money from my card 2 days after I left the hotel. I called them explaining the situation and they returned one charge and I still waiting for the second charge that they did without my consent. I went to the hotel to claim for the issue and they told me that the money will go back in one day, I have 2 days waiting😡

The room was in okay condition. But the entire hotel seemed to be in disrepair—exposed flooring and plumbing throughout. The heating system was a major issue. The central unit was out of order and so there was a very loud and obnoxious space heater in its stead. Overall, probably would not choose to stay here again, but you get what you pay for. Silver lining, the staff was nice and accommodating.

Room needed a lot of updating! Hotel shuttle was not working and we had to uber to and from hotel. Breakfast was very limited.

Check in took for ever there was a line out the door for people checking in. Got to the room portable heat/ac unit was set at 92 degrees. The hallway was cold, stains on the bedsheets, when washing the shower was not draining the water. Parking lot to come in was not shovel and welcome to people bringing in bags. This was a horrible stay.

Bedroom was OK, but bedside table didn't work and bathtub plug didn't work so we were up to our ankles in water. The hallways and elevators were really dirty.

Room was clean but outdated, hallways were dirty (although it was not filthy, they just needed a vacuum), no hot breakfast was offered, and the staff were very kind and let us check in early with no fee. Would return!
