CitySuites 2 Aparthotel

Breakfast was gd had the one bed room apartment it was very nice and spacious however I will say bins are very small so expect to be changing them quite frequently but besides that everything was nice the pool was nice. There was a sauna and also showers and robes and Jacuzzi and the breakfast was available from 7 to 12 pm. I would lots of options ensuring that you was full for the day. This location is in the centre of the city mean that everything was walking distance and no need to pay for public transport or taxi overall my experience 10/10 luxury experience. Would come agai

We enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing and had everything we needed  The pool was excellent,steam room and the restaurant was definitely worth a visit

Very nice staying here but felt like the staff weren't as helpful ive been to citysuites aparthotel a few time now and had an great experience woth wonderful staff but some staff in citysuites 2 aparthotel weren't as helpful or nice I told them the first night that we didn't have enough cup or utilities in our room and the completely ignored it and said it was too late to get them and thats what the cleaners left so its gotta be right even tho ive stayed her plenty times before

Great place to stay with nice apartments and a jacuzzi with sauna. Well located as well close to everything. Sainsburys across rhe road too. Great for someone who is tired of staying at hotels and wants an actual experience as part of the stay.

Beautiful place but Few staff for that big place

All the hardwares are brilliant. Nice room , great location and good facilities but horrible customer service . Have a nice check-in on the first day , sorry for forgot the name, beautiful smile with a warm welcome and remember me when I come back in the next week. However not on the other days, the other receptionist always look grumpy. The thing is I’ve paid the parking every day when I come back from work but for some reason it didn’t show I paid on one of the day and charged it on my card which I paid the deposit. Email the customer service to claim it back , sent all the transactions from my bank to prove but cannot notice the mistake in the first two emails and just say that is what it is. After a few days gat back to me with a few words the money will go back to my account in a few days. No apologies or explanation for the incident, make me feel that I’m the wrong side and just want to cheating. Horrible customer service.
