The location of the hotel is good, there are restaurants and supermarkets around, there are induction cooker and tableware in the room, you can make light meals, and you can do laundry for free. The front desk service is attentive and warm, the only downside is that the room is relatively small.

The location is great. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shops in city center. Hungry Jack's is right in front of the entrance. The staff (receptionist, maid) are very polite and helpful. The receptionist help me book taxis many times and always respond to my emails/requests very promptly. The room is clean and comfy. The kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware. The bed is fine. Good space in the bathroom. Free laundry room to use which is very nice. The place is quiet and peaceful. Although there is no receptionist at night time but you can always call the night manager if need any help. I called once because I forgot my key card in the room and she showed up very quickly to help me. Will definitely stay here again next time.

I had a room with a shared door to another apartment. This door had big gaps around it - enough that rattled when the window was open - and these big gaps meant I could hear everything from the apartment next door - and I mean everything. No effort had been made at soundproofing - not even cheap rubber door seals were in place. As a result I had a very poor sleep after my neighbor woke up at 5.30am.

Great staff, best location The units are separated with just one door and you can hear everything from your neighbour! The parking space is also limited, if you comeback after 10 PM the chance of getting a spot in high season is zero!!!

In a small town so being located just off a main road you will find you are within a short walk to most shopping or eating outlets. Service was swift friendly and attentive where needed. Room was a decent size and came with pretty much all you need for short or longer stays.. Fridge, mini bar, oven hob , extractor, safe, sink, cutlery, iron and iron board. This was just the small room I was in but saw there are rooms that are huge and come equipped with washing machines/dishwasher and big tvs! Everything was clean in my room. Bed was nice and comfy. Out side there was plenty of parking, a swimming pool and BBQ area so yet again very convenient for your requirements. Overall I had a nice stay at Quest sale and would definitely recommend the larger rooms for more luxury but if your budget is for a smaller room then you still won't be dissatisfied

Good experience during my work trip... Its best place in Sale... Close to all restaurants and grocery shops Would be nice to have bigger and better gym and a bigger tv if they can provide Good value for money

As a returning guest to Quest Sale, staying in a one-bedroom apartment, I can confidently say that this is a very well-appointed, well-equipped, well-run and a totally reliable accommodation venue. The furnishings are clean and aesthetic and the layout is practical and spacious. Also, given that it is not located on the busy Princes Hwy, it is quiet and tranquil, whilst being located very centrally and accessibly.

I come to Sale once a month and my usual hotel was booked out so I gave The Quest a try. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment on arrival and the girl I think her name was Kahlia was just so welcoming. The room was very nice, modern and clean with a full kitchen it was so accommodating for the needs of my baby and being able to cook dinner and brekky for the my family. I will be staying at the Quest from now on.
