Would totally recommend it!

We went for a long weekend as a family and all the staff was welcoming and extremely friendly. Food was done with every bit of love and nothing was too much trouble. Room did not have a fridge but staff was mire than happy to help out with ice bucket every day for our water.

The stay at the Hotel was better than we expected. The room was clean and the view from the room was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was very well equipped. I will make a booking again in the near future.

We had a nice experience, everything was amazing, just one thing about your halaal options, its non existent, it would be really nice if youd cater more for this . Things have to be made separately and not with the jon halaal food.

My husband and I have been using this hotel for the past 6 years whenever we sty in Saldanha Bay. The views from the balconies are stunning - the staff is amazing - the food from the previous menu was great - however the food off the new menu - does not match up at all - the authenticity has been taken out of the food and so many more processed foods can be detected in the food off the new menu. The rooms are undergoing a make-over - however the newly made over rooms feels dark and heavy - the feel of the room does not match the location and views of the hotel- the room decor needs to be uplifted and energised - even the previous office furniture felt lighter and less gloomy than the new furniture. We also noted that since the breakfast was included in the room booking - the quality of the breakfat sausage has deteriorated - if one does not ask for coffee or juice - it will be left out an not served with breakfast. The smoking area of he restaurant needs to be relocated as it totally infringes on the privacy of the balconies - there is a constant disturbance from restaurant customers standing in the fire- escapes to smoke and looking directly onto the balconies - it feels like a total invasion of privacy. The tiles in the bathrooms are all cracked and can do with replacement as this is very unhygienic and this will give the bathrooms a much better overall appearance of cleanliness.

It's hard for me to recommend this place. It was my second time staying at the hotel. After year, I found the same problems with my last stay. It seems the owners just don't invest in their property. Guest are left in the dark when there is loadshedding (power cuts). The loadshedding last anything between 2 to 4 hours. The service in the restaurant is very poor. The staff can see you walk in, but no one comes to you to offer any service. The food is poor. What they advertise and display on their website and Facebook page, simply does not exist. As I mentioned, it was not my first time staying at the hotel but it was definitely my last time.

Had a pleasant stay at the Hotel ,had a problem with the hot water not working but they sorted it out for us and put a little gift in room for us to enjoy . Definitely would recommend the hotel because it is central and the view is beautiful and the breakfast is great aswell .

Did not enjoy it at all, never was given the room i booked. was removed against my will to anothe room . such a noisy encounter inside and outside hotel. Dinner and breakfast was served a half an hour and an hour and a half. so unprofessional

I would love to use this opportunity as a platform to express my gratitude towards management and staff at HBH. Staff were very friendly and helpful at the frontdesk. The kitchen staff outdone themselves during breakfast. Food were always displayed in a presentable manner. The hotel room were always clean and tidy. Me and my wife will definitely visit again soon.Thank you very much for an excellent stay and professionalism displayed by staff
