The most satisfying hotel of this Tyrande trip is the Layana Hotel on Koh Lanta. It is quiet and comfortable. It is only for adults. The beach is 40 minutes away from the room. The restaurant is also facing the sea. The breakfast is rich in variety , Watching the sea while eating delicious food is so healing! Sindee, the hotel housekeeper, is a Chinese who has worked in Thailand for many years. He is warm and kind, which makes us feel very safe. The other hotel staff are also very enthusiastic. Our flight time is just in line with the hotel pick-up time, and the pick-up girls have hotels The nanny car picked us up, and the general manager came out to see us off before we left. Next time I have a chance to visit Koh Lanta, I would like to continue to live here. The price/performance ratio is very high!

We arrived to the Twin Lotus Resort, a day early of our booking, and the resort was able to accommodate us. We stayed in private plunge pool suite and thought it was quite nice and private. The resort is on a beautiful long stretch of beach, great for walking as it is very flat, quiet and peaceful. The breakfast included was large and good and we had one meal in the beachfront restaurant, which we found expensive compared to nearby restaurants and the food was average. The infinity pool and grounds are well-kept and very pretty. There is two other pool areas that we did not use. We were surprised to learn (and excited ) that the last two nights of our stay, we were upgraded to a beachfront bungalow, because of a minor toilet issue in our first room. It was a lovely room and so nice to be close to the beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Hotel overall is good! Simple and not luxurious, everything is in order, and has a home-like intimacy. The structure of all the guest rooms is basically the same. Some of them have the same. The closer to the swimming pool, the closer to the beach. The beach is not very long, but it is enough, suitable for the hotel. Shopping around is not particularly convenient. There are only two bottles of water in the room, and it is not convenient to buy water! The hotel restaurant is good and the food tastes great! The front desk service is warm and generous, there are people who understand Chinese, extra points!

A hotel with a beautiful garden by a very nice beach. Nice swimming pools, normal food, nothing fancy. However, in Thailand it is best to be in the city. The rooms are very large, you have to wait a bit for hot water, but I assume that in Ko Lancia they don't know the water circulation system 🙈 The hotel is worth recommending, definitely a plus, as a starting point for various trips around Ko Lanta and the surrounding islands. Ko Lanta itself, I am delighted with the climate, views, cuisine, and very nice Thai people. From trips I recommend snorkeling or diving to Ko Ha, Ko Bida, Phi Phi. Super kayak trip in the Andaman sea and mangrove forests. A visit to the elephant sanctuary is also interesting. Trips bought at local offices, much cheaper than from Itaka's office. Thailand is amazing, I will definitely come back to it.

Clean rooms, including the common area in the room (in addition to natural leaves) 3. Quiet, suitable for relaxing, changing the atmosphere or bringing the family to travel. Because there is a common place to sit and relax, spacious 4. Equipment, appliances and kitchen facilities are all available, such as rice cooker, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, spoons, glass (very much beyond expectations) 5. We stayed here 1 night to extend our trip in Ko Lanta, wished we would have stayed longer! The lady on the reception was patient and helpful with us, very friendly. The room is lovely, good bathroom and shower. The bed is comfortable and it was very quiet as well and the lighting in the room was really nice. Highly recommended staying here, even longer periods. Both pools are nice to swim, amazing view from them. Restaurant was lovely, very good service and food. The bar next to it is nice to watch the sunset and enjoy cocktails. Plus, they'll rent scooters, helps you get transfers tuktuks or boats, very helpful. 5/5.

“Nice Resort on Long Beach” Want a Sands is a nice resort on one of the best beaches in Thailand. Pool Access room was excellent and the buffet breakfast was very good. Lots of variety for either western or Thai food and very tasty. The staff at the resort are top-notch. Derek the manager and his team are committed to you enjoying your stay at the resort. Lots of families at the resort but also a great location for couples wanting to experience a wonderful resort on a beautiful beach in Koh Lanta. Highly recommend “Fabulous location on the beach! ” Fabulous hotel overall. Fantastic location next to the beach, and there was so many pools to use. We had a room with pool access and it was fantastic. The only thing, I wish the fitness room would’ve been slightly bigger but it was still good. Would definitely stay here again! All the staff at reception were lovely and made sure to always help when it was needed! Definitely recommend.

We have not met kinder people than the Keereelay husband and wife team. Super friendly and helpful. Morning Thai breakfast was tastefully prepared and a great way to fuel the day. It was nice to stay at a place removed a bit from the bustle of town and the 200 baht daily rental of a moped which they offer puts the whole island within easy reach. We also enjoyed morning walks along nearby quiet roads and he took us for a small tour of his adjoining farm to share info about rubber production, his love of birds, etc. Room was spacious and very comfortable. We were even pampered with honey and lime to make tea to help get over our colds. They were also great in arranging discounted snorkeling trips and a trip to the airport. Highly recommended!

I like to choose this one in a single-family cabin. Close to the long beach, it is estimated that the long beach will take 2 hours to walk back and forth, really long. It’s not bad to drive a motorcycle here, because Lanta Island is very big, I want to go to the national park and the old town a bit far, of course, you can also stop the tuk tuk on the roadside to hang out. The hotel is very compact, with a swimming pool and beautiful photos. There is air conditioning and hot water, and the service is still possible.
