Location: 6mins from Saitama-shintoshin station. Opposite to Coccon City Mall Rooms: very functional. Loved the note on the bed stating that suitcases can be placed under the bed. Bathroom: typical Japanese style. No frills Breakfast: Japanese styled food. There is a vending machine for water and other drinks. Lawsons Dept store is next door. Overall: loved it. Great for short stays.

We used it for 1 night single. Check-in is at the front desk on the 2 floor. I think it was good to have disinfectant in the elevator and can be disinfected. The room was large enough to use for one person. The air conditioner was adjustable in 0.5 degrees and was comfortable. At night, I was able to rest quietly without worrying about sounds ☆ Breakfast was a Viking form in the lobby from 6:30.
